I grew up just through the woods from this attraction. I could hear the chainsaws at night. The owners are really nice folks and employ lots of local high school kids.
Woods of Terror definitely sets the bar for what a haunt can/should be. When you have super high octane actors coupled with sets that would make Universal Studios jealous, it's easy to see why this place is consistently ranked one of the best haunted attractions in the entire country. Plus, Eddie, the mascot/haunt owner is such an incredibly nice dude!
Woods of Terror is absolutely amazing. NC haunts are actually top notch and very fun. If you ever come back to NC for a haunt Jay, let me know. I'm friends with a lot of the owners and actors so they always look forward to me coming out each Halloween.
Wow that was awesome. The best so far. I could feel how scary that was. My favourite was the movie sets then again it was all fantastic. The scare actors were brilliant and believable. Thanks for taking us with you.

I cannot get over how long those haunts were!! They were both fantastic; and we also loved how good the scareactors were at interacting and improving with you. This will definitely have to be added to our list to hopefully do one day!
I just subscribed to your channel after watching several of your videos and I just want to say thank you for doing the Halloween walk through videos for us. I am a Halloween junkie well horror junkie all the way around and used to hit every haunted house I could at Halloween. Unfortunately now with a spine disease that has left me with limited mobility and tons of pain I can no longer do them. So thank you very much.

I thought the last haunted house mazes was good but this one was even better than the last one. It started with your favorite horror movies then ended with a haunted asylum i would love write about some of these

I’m from Greensboro & proud to see it represent! I only went to Woods once way back in 2013 & I still have ptsd from them having us put a bag on our heads to walk single file in a narrow pitch black maze 😂😬 Loving the NC haunts! Need to go to The Original Hollywood Horror Show in Snow Camp!
They still do the pitch black maze but they don't even require the bag anymore since covid but the bag was pointless because even without it you still can't see anything directly in front of your face. 😂
@@gameboy1984 yeah actually I took the damn bag of my head, I was actually fearing lice more than anything, and then someone farted in that tight maze, it was pretty horrific 😆😆😬
We're going there tonight and wow, it looks like they've added a lot more since the last time I went! I'll be completely honest, I've screamed like a little girl each time (Been twice a while ago and at the time I was just a little girl) I'm 16 now and I still feel like I'll scream lol I don't do scary stuff
20:00as you were walking thru I was hoping they'd have a vortex tunnel and there it is. brings back memories of when I went thru a couple of those. if you look at the left edge of the catwalk you can walk right thru but that's no fun lol the amount of effort and paint that went into the black light artwork was amazing. 14:00 laser swamps are something I've not been in.

I'm a year late but this is awesome I love when I see awesome people go to places here in NC and they have a great time. My hubby and I went to one a few years ago and it's in chocowinity and it's a small town and its on a farm and is so much fun. The scare actors really know how to give you a good time and it's worth the drive. The sets are awesome and especially if you are scared of the dark and or woods . There is a corn maze with almost no lighting. It's epic. Scare factor is to the max. You should definitely check it out sometime 😊😊 Happy haunting 🎃🎃

That place is always amazing!! While you're in NC you should check out Kersey Valley Spookywoods and Hillside Horror, if you haven't already! They're not too far away.

i must say tampa jay that you must be brave going in to haunted houses me i dont know i tend to get scared but you are not afraid you take it like a champ by being brave
