Hi Dave really nice piece, rootballs do look nice as the grain runs in all directions, they do look good set in resin as well, but you have done a really good job with that
Can't beat a nice root ball!! I dug up a big rose bush at the back end of last year and strangely enough, the root ball went in my wood store haha. Another cool piece and video to match! Thanks for sharing, cheers mate!
Absolutely stunning Dave. I have 3 root balls of differing sizes so will start of with the smallest and work my way to the biggest which is a Rhododendron Root ball. Take care mate. Cheers, Huw
Thank you Huw. It's one of those pieces I've had hanging around for ages and my expectations of what it might end up like were fairly low so I enjoyed the process and I'm very pleased with the outcome!
