Woodturning - Super Buggy Ash Pedestal Bowl 

I had this piece of Ash from a tree that died in our yard. Ash itself is super hard, but this one had a lot of bug trails (probably what killed it) that had to be cleaned out and filled with epoxy resin. I used a UV curing resin that allowed me to sand the resin down very quickly. I put ash dust in the resin to create something pretty close to the color and grain of the wood.
