Blimey! This really made me go and have another look at my scrap pile. Very few of us can look at a 4" bit of fence post and see something like this hiding inside. Inspiring stuff Andy.

Just like a "traditional" sculptor, you somehow see things in the wood that the rest of us can merely gawp at! Bravo, maestro, you've done it again. I'll never figure out how you can not only come up with these beautiful ideas, but make it look (relatively) easy to create them! Take a bow, sir.

The transformation from a cube to something with a triple symmetry, while preserving a natural edge, is astonishing. I'm still trying to work out the mental and physical processes that got you there.

Wood is stunning in its own right. When a piece is discarded as an off cut and repurposed it warms the heart to have craftsmen like you Andy who resurrect what would have rotted or been burnt into something glorious. It makes us all smile.

Interesting twist on the 6 cornered bowl, having 3 of them be feet. Was surprised at how aggressively you were able to turn it without the corners splintering out on you. That's usually where I get into trouble. Nice piece.
