Woodycock by Anonymous from the Manchester Gamba Book arranged and played on the renaissance lute by Stathis Skandalidis. Lute made by György Lőrinczi (2010)
I love the way you look like your thinking about the music. To me it adds something that might not be their when listening to an exclusively audio performance.
Thanks for commenting Michael. The arrangement was brand new and this was my first public performance of this piece, so I was actually really thinking about the music!
You are right: the camera had zoomed in but was far from me, add a hall with high ceiling and old stone walls with c.200 people, plus a quite instrument like a renaissance lute and you have the perfect receipe for low volume! ;o)
