Hello and welcome to Episode 15 of Wool and Wishes knitting podcast, thank you for taking time to join us.
Our Channel is all about knitting, but we will also occasionally share some crochet, spinning, sewing and All the things that make us happy.

As always it was such a great spending time with you. Tracy, I loved your Night shift wrap and the baby raglan was soooo cute. I can't wait to see the Salty Air Tee finished (not rushing you). All the socks were so good. The Slip Crazy Shawl is so pretty, I love it. The pups are so adorable. Kristy, your handspun yarns are gorgeous, you really have a gift for that. I love, love, loved the Granny Stitch Hexagon Cardigan, what a beautiful garment, soooo fun, the colors just make you smile. I have a notebook for my socks and every new pair I knit I put in all the details as I knit them ,stitch counts,needle size ,yarn used, the name of the pattern and finally how they fit and amount used .😊 Also have a separate notebook for jumpers etc , it’s a godsend

Thanks so much Sheila! 😊 Sorry you're not on instagram, please email us photos of your finished items if you'd like to join in though 😁 I used a 2ply, dk weight handspun for the nightshift and the recommended needle size. I think the pattern calls for worsted ❤️

I've never done lacework. I started the Yume last night and this morning I messed it up somewhere. So I ripped it back. I think I need more practice and I'll start again in the future. Yours is beautiful.

Thank you Bobette! I hope you are able to get the hang of the lace, I found lifelines help to save the work you've already done and stitch markers in between pattern repeats help to keep track of stitch counts ❤️

Great to catch up with you! I’m always inspired by both of your makes- today especially with Kirsty’s handspun and Tracy’s Slip Crazy Shawl. (Ps that zebra yarn would be SO amazing!) I have a question- I’m just casting on some leg warmers (shorter ones, kinda more like ankle warmers,) would that count as a foot item for the KAL? 😁 Lol, it is nearly the foot 😉 If not, no worries 😊

Loved the new podcast - I was hoping to knit a Nightshift with handspun too. Do you have any pics of the yarn you spun for it? My puppy did the full on head tilts at the dog chewing noises 😂
