Right?! I'm both a huge Taeyeon stan and Sone, but also a Lovelinus and Kei bias, so I know her vocal capabilities, but when I saw the title I was like "Gurl, are you sure?" My doubts were completely unnecessary because Miss Kei made the song her own. That's what a cover is supposed to do. Bring your own flavor and style to a song. The thing with Taeyeon song's that make them hard to cover isn't just the insane vocal technicality she has, but also the fact that Taeyeon makes you feel every single word. Even if you have no idea what the lyrics are, you can tell exactly what emotion she's conveying and wants to inspire in the listener. Kei has that same trait. Her voice is RICH with emotion and feeling. She doesn't rush the song, she takes her time and truly savors it. Such an amazing performer. This cover needs to go viral. I was shocked at the depth and support in her voice at the sliding high note. I don't I'm ever heard such strong soul in Kei's voice before. She is such a queen of duality.
