The story is, Yeosang and Wooyoung used to be trainees at Bighit (now known as Hybe. Funnily enough, TXT's Yeonjun and Wooyoung are friends, since they used to know each other before either's debut). Yeosang wanted to debut earlier, therefore, transferred to KQ. Apparently, they had made a promise, at some point during their training, to debut together, and so Wooyoung, without hesitation, followed Yeosang to the company their currently under. I believe it's the perfect representation of how close friends they are. They're really cute friends :D
And let's not forget, Wooyoung said he first met Yeosang in high school. So that's when their friendship started. And then they were Big Hit trainees together.

The one where woo was crying was during a concert. Yeosang told the fans that his mom was sick and she finally recovered. And wooyoung started crying bcs he didn't know. He said he felt bad for yeosang keeping it forhimself for so long.

Their friendship is soo adorable. Another 2 people in Ateez who have known each other even before being trainees is Mingi and Yunho, their ship YunGi. I def recommend you to check them out too because their ship is something incredible. Mingi's unconditional loyalty and love to YunHo always gets me...plus even Mingi's Mom asked them wether they were dating because they were so close😂❤
When you said Yeosang looked like a sculpture my jaw dropped because we say he looks like a living statue because he's so beautiful and his features are so chiseled and perfect. ☺ Their friendship is truly goals, they love and care for each other so much. And San and Wooyoung are always taking care of and wanting to give affection to Yeosang, it's so sweet and adorable. 😊
So, Yeosang s my bias from the first time I saw him. I have to say that I also thought he was a combination of a living sculpture+a puppy. I was mesmerized by that😊

Wooyoung is Known to be one of the loudest in Ateez "if not the loudest one" the sassy one too, he love to be the center of the attention, love skinship, take care of people around him, Yeosang is the opposite he's pretty calm but can be sassy too. San is the cute who love skinship a lot but also have a Dominant vibe sometime specialy with Woo & he love to take care of Woo & the members too . The biggest Ship of Ateez are obviously: *WooSan (they say it themself) *HongJoong (the leader) & Seonghwa (the oldest) who are like the Mom & Dad of the groupe *MinGi & Yunho (Who were friend before Ateez Too)
Yeosang is older than Wooyoung by about 6 months. Yeosang is actually part of the Hyung Line, but everyone tends to take care of him as if he was the Maknae. It's really quite sweet to see how they take care of him.
I definitely also recommend the YunGi ship, Mingi and YunHo. They too have been friends for almost 9 years and met in Middle School. Their relationship is so close, Mingi always chooses, hugs and holds YunHo regardless of what and YunHo always be bullying him😂 Mingi also tends to openly get jealous when YunHo hangs out more with other people and when they are arguing about it YeoSang be standing in a corner watching the drama😂❤

I love your videos so much, and this happens to be my favorite "ship" in Ateez. Wooyoung was OBSESSED with BTS, he wanted to be part of BigHit and debut under the same company, but when he met Yeosang he basically attached to him. Yeosang felt he couldn't debut at BigHit any time soon, and decided to go to KQ. Back when they first became trainees they made promises to each other, that they would debut together and dance and perform on stages. So Woo gave up his original dreams of debuting at the same company as BTS to follow Yeosang so they could debut together. When Yeosang's parents met Wooyoung, they said they no longer were concerned for their son because Wooyoung would protect him. Yeosang is a sweetheart, very naive and gullible, and kinda stuck in his own mind. Wooyoung brings him back to reality, and he loves Yeosang so much. I can babble literally forever about these two but I don't wanna overwhelm you, please keep doin' your thing! Seongjoong and Joonggi are good tik tok fodder! And Jongsang (Jongho Yeosang)
if I'm not mistaken, wooyoung have a chance to debut with txt but he chose not to and he leave bighit because he want to debut with yeosang. so wooyoung joined KQ as a trainee to debut in ateez together with yeosang after research, yeosang leave bighit first because he wanted to debut early since bighit was focusing on txt to debut that time. yeosang then join KQ to debut there so wooyoung follow him leaving bighit and joining KQ since he believes that yeosang know the right choice
Not just WooSang, even YunGi (Yunho and Mingi) were friends before they debuted together in ATEEZ and almost all the members went to audition in Mixnine where they were rejected and finally they united here. ATEEZ was just meant to be and all the besties together is like, it was DESTINY.
Both wooyoung and yeosang were bighit trainees! Wooyoung actually had a chance to debut in txt but he left bighit after yeosang decided to leave and try somewhere else! Wooyoung said, whether he succeed or fail he want to do it with yeosang 🥺
To explain why Wooyoung was crying was because, Yeosang's mom had a surgery and Yeosang didn't open up about his problem to the boys, and Wooyoung cried because Yeosang didn't tell him about his problems and he keep it on his own, Wooyoung was just worried about him.
You'll beed to watch a sansang and then a woosansang video because those 3 dynamics around eo is epic. It took some times of adjustments but I think theyy are now comfortable with what they made of their friendships

wooyoung and yeosang met during their early teenage years when they were trainees at bighit. Yeosang then left the compagny and joined kq entertainement. Wooyoung later left too and joined kq as well, both debuting as ateez members. Wooyoung once said live that yeosang was the reason why he decided to choose to join the compagny they are at right now.
Wooyoung is a multi-faceted guy :) He has a strong, even forceful personality, he's absolutely fearless, loyal, incredibly protective but he also likes dominant guys and to be put in his place. It's all on his terms though, he's by no means weak or a pushover.

Yeosang is ATEEZ’s most precious child. They all love him so much. You should watch San / Yeosang edits if you want to see another side of San :) and it’s just the cutest thing to watch

Yungi (Mingi and Yunho) and Seongjoong (Seongwha and Hongjoong) are really amazing bonds as well! I would recommend to watch wholesome stuff for them as well for their personalities

Yeosang and Wooyong are treasures. I’m so glad they have a good friendship like that. Like I don’t know how KQ managed to get so lucky and get 8 of the most be kind, genuine, sweet, talented, and handsome boys on the planet. They should be grateful everyday they have ateez.

One of my favorite things about Yeosang is he could easily fight off basically any of the members (minus Jongho) but he just lets them manhandle the shit out of him😂.

So they were trinees but they were taking too long to debut so yeosang decided to go audition for KQ Entertainment (ATEEZ's company). Later Wooyoung left BigHit and joined Yeosang in KQ which even surprised yeosang. Wooyoung said he did it because they promised each other that- if I fail, I would fail with you. If I win, I would win with you. Even tho yeosang could not express his feelings atp, later he said he was too grateful for wooyoung. ♡
I love this duo. To me they show the best sibling bond, not the sibling rivalry type but the kind where they support each other so well. I also love when they have pair dance choreo like in the beginning of The Ring & To The Beat (gayo daejeon 2020).
I do the same thing when I'm home alone and hear something. Whatever/whoever it is will get it handed to them with whatever object I pick up first On another note, Yeosang and Wooyoung give me so much hope that friendships can be strong and stand the test of time even when the people are so different by nature
SanSang will be a mind-opener for you, because yes, Wooyoung with Yeosang is different than him with San, but San with Yeosang is another thing altogether. Yeosang gets all the love, though, from other members because he's willing to take it. There are clips of literally every other member loving on Yeosang and him smiling about it (mostly). Plus, while they might normally want to lavish that attention on maknae Jongho, Jongho is the strongest and he'll beat members who skinship him when he isn't into it (not literally, just threateningly). Yeosang is also just insanely beautiful all the time, and when he's smiling he's even more beautiful. This ship just reminds us of friendship goals and how amazing someone who is a giver (Wooyoung) can be with someone who is a receiver (Yeosang) in the friendship sense (versus top/bottom, a very different dynamic). They met in high school and they were trainees at BigHit for moment but then Yeosang decided to leave them so Wooyoung followed him to KQ. 5:57 Yeosang's mom had to do a really risky surgery while Ateez were on tour and he didn't say a word to anybody in the band until the last gig of the tour. That's Wooyoung (and the whole band actually) was in tears.

Try to find their trip to Australia, it was very good, I can't remember what year it was but I'm sure someone else will know :) Each member was given a task to fulfil, San's was at an aquarium, Jongho at a gym, my memory fails me for most of the others except Yeosang. . Yeosang was so so shy back then. Then watch Wanteez and you'll see how different he is now. You'll see all their personalities better too. I would have loved to have a friend like Wooyoung , he's so sweet and caring and mischevious ! Actually that describes all of them haha.

Yup, Yeosang left bighit and wooyoung followed him(said he wanted to either succeed or fail together with Yeosang), and then they both debuted under KQ ent in one group
5:58 actually, yeosang's mom was very sick and in hospital and wooyoung broke down when he found out, knowing that yeosang was dealing with it alone, and wooyoung was sad that yeosang hadn't told him sooner, so he broke down at the concert when he told atiny about it
