I was thinking the same thing. Like this song was my top played on Spotify and I listen to it atleast 5x a day and he casually is like "yeah this old thing 😂" but boy do we loveeeeee it. ❤❤

IDK about "unearthing a gem"... You do know he's the lead singer of The Rose, right? Very successful Korean Rock band. If you haven't heard them before, you should look them up. They're really great.
Suga is highly respected in SK music industry he writes songs and passes them to other artists if he feels they can sing it better, he's just like a parent with his songs he only wants them to shine. He chose Woosung because he knew he was the best artist to sing on Snooze.

I’m a BTS Stan that recently came across The Rose and instantly loved them. Imagine my surprise to see Woosong (my bias) and Yoongi (my bias wrecker) release a collab and casually say they’re friends.
And the hook , the lyrics and the voice plus delivery from WOOSUNG mixed with SUGA’s rapping style, it all hooked me up to this song forever and deeply. Looooove it🫶🏼💜🌹
