Hey Paul, this was amazing and timely. I'm trying to create a dynamic directory with different user access levels. I'm trying to use Elementor and ACF to create the profiles and pages but I'm struggling with users filling in their profiles +directories and displaying them on an archive listing page. This video gives the impression that the free version of this plugin is being used in the demo while it is actually the pro-version that you have to pay for. To get the forms with the neat layout shown in the demo you need to be using the pro-version.

Makes me appreciate the Ocean WP login element as there seems very little out there that is both functional and customisable. Some generous person provided me with a php code from Stack Overflow to stop the logout on the Woocommerce account page from taking the user to the default login page. This video will be very useful to many. One month too late for me, ha!

Thats a good and easy one. Much better than play with the script. I see most of video for signup are using the script. Mayb it is good for an expert and deep knowledge. For me, i prefer to have the simple way. Nice one. I will try it and give feedback. Cheers mate.

Hello, Thank you very much for your great tutorial. There is one thing I don't get in this one. When I edit the form field with Elementor I only see the shortcode and can adjust the styling of everything around the input boxes and labels etc. Where can I adjust the styling of the fields themselves like the font, frame etc. of the name input field. It's unfortunate that there is no option within this plugin to redirect to another page after login. It just hangs there with a message saying that you successfully logged in. And that's pretty much it.

That is awesome. I created on using your video and looks really good. There are three things I want to know - 1) How can I redirect login to a my lead page and 2) would that lead page be specific to user so that when they login they can see the details of the lead they submitted and 3) Once they have submitted the lead they can't edit it but they can view the progress changed made by the admin? It would be great if you may help in understanding this. Thank you :)

I have used same method but wp-login does not goes to my custom page. its goes to same old wordpress bultin page. moreover when we enter the user name and password than it will go to my custom login page desing.

Its ok but problem is you can't set the color of buttons and colors of texts in the button, it takes all info directly from a site but not possible to fully customize so a bit frustrating really...

The login form has picked up the styling from the OceanWP theme and demo site loaded in, so that's probably why the layout looks nicer on my demon in this video.

That's probably taking this particular plugin a little far to be honest. Is it possible with WordPress? Sure. Most things are with some thought and possibly some tweaking of the tools available. I don't think this is the right tool for that job though I'm afraid. Happy to be proved wrong though 😀👍🙃

I'm equally having the same issue too. Whether I disable or enable PB frontend CSS, the forms really fail to pick up Divi styling. Have you been able to fix this?

hi! i need help! I have a website and i want to integrate a login and registration feature where my clients can login and see a PDF file that I have uploaded for them. I have researched this but i cannot seem to find a tutorial on how to do it. So basically my objective is to send my clients to my website (nutritional clinic) and i want them to login and once they are logged in, they can see in their page a PDF file so they can download it and check their progress. Each file will be different for each user. How can i do that?

Thank you very much for introducing this amazing plugin- I had great difficulty as the log in page does not show in my library template and I struggled so much please help if you can . I tried so hard but it will not show the permalink so I got fedup and decided to deactivate and delete the plugin and reinstalled but it remembered the mistake and in the hope of redoing all, I deleted the log in page and now I can not get it back... thanks guys

just create a new page named "log in" and use the shortcode "[wppb-login]".It will generate the login form in the page. as for the permalink,just go to the edit page section of the login page and click on the title.It wil l show the permalink.

Hi Paul - I discovered your channel a few days ago and have probably watched 50% of your content already. Congratulations on providing such high quality, on-topic tutorials! 👌🏻 My only concern with supplementing this very nice freebie with the 301 plugin is the potential for keeping me (the admin) away from my site's backend, meaning I'd have to disable the 301 plugin via FTP to get back in. There'd be be no way to avoid that unless I was on a static IP with my ISP and the 301 plugin allowed IP exceptions. Any thoughts? 😊

I agree, the 301 mentioned in the video is more cosmetic than best case. Personally, I would use iThemes security to change the login page. But, if you simply want to change the relevant login and registration links you could look at a plugin like WPS Hide Login.

you created well but if we try it is not as it is same like we are getting more fields on the registration form. nickname, tell about you self heading, bullet points you did well but even 25 min we will see we did not get as you did. some fields extras. if you have another video for this registration you can send we will.

Set WooCommerce to not allow Guest checkout and that will require either registration or account creation during the purchase phase.

Sir, can you please guide me??? I have converted an HTML site into wordpress theme and it is converted good but when i fills up information in the form and click on the register button it shows an error.... while on orginal site when a user registers, they get a message on screen that successfully register and log in button and a member login page and some other pages too. I know it is done by php at the backend.... but I wanted to know that how can i make my wp theme to work same as the original site works???
