Finally got the book (the Mighty Currawongs) the story is in because it is hard to find. Reading the story while listening to Ms. Jing added another layer to her reading. I'm not sure one can really appreciate what she is saying without reading the text at the same time. She's not just a gifted professional--she's way beyond that. What a marvel her reading is!
Wonderful. Introduced me to a writer I'd never heard of before. And the reading... Let's just call it very professional. She's quite a performer to go from her Amanda Ling character in Crazy Rich Asians to this.
