My fiance actually worked for this company a couple years ago. He absolutely loved it. He's the one that got me to apply for this company. I'm loving this hiring video. I'm hoping I get sent the assessment emails and further instructions. They've sent me this video twice. It honestly could be a hiccup in the hiring process. Here's to hoping for the best of luck!

I am supposed to test my internet speed but I have to purchase my equipment and I have not purchased everything yet I know my internet speed is up to Concentrix's specifications as the last job I had which ended February 6th of this year was a remote/work from home job so I am kind of in a tough spot and don't know what to do!!??!! Also, I got the job offer on March 21st but the email about testing my internet speed I received over a week ago I've done everything but the Internet speeds as the last company provided the equipment. Like I said I have to purchase my equipment which I plan on doing this week. Any suggestions? Or does anyone know the phone number to their HR Department? Also, I have no idea who my recruiter is because I have not spoken to anyone from the company. I just put the name of the woman who sent my job offer email.......I didn't know who else's name to put down

just completed my CASI assessment! this video states it should come immediately after applying but I submitted my application on 9/15 and only received the invitation for the assessment today (9/22). praying for all of our success! 🥰🙏🏽

(applied 6/16). got my assessment invite today 6/17. completed chat assessment. it had 5 interview type questions outside of the basic questions such as what is your name//email etc 6/20 just got the email to run the speed test. lets see what happens next. also got my typing test a few hours after that. you can retake the typing test after if you fail. it will tell you if you pass or fail 6/28 just got my video interview question email. it was 12 questions. wasn't as bad as i thought it was 07/01 got invitation to do 5 more. 1 of which was another typing test. completed. 07/02 I woke up to email to attend the verbal offer session.. YAYYYY. I did it yall. after those last 5 assessments I was nervous but I made it WOHOOOOO 7/23 after my offer on 07/02 we got the emails to do the I9 verification and sterling background check not long after but its been a battle with the background check. i didn't realize i had misspelled my high school name until sterling reach out to me via a phone call and i explained to them the spelling was off when they asked me about the school, they ended the call was ok no worried. following day they wanted proof of my high school diploma from 2007 which i do not have and ordering one would take longer and not arrive in time before the first day of 7/29 so i supplied them a copy of transcripts which was one of the listed items for proof. they didn't accept it because they said the spelling didn't match which i had already explained to them via phone and email. they had no issues responding back to me about wanting proof, wanting to know the name of the school etc but when i supplied the transcripts showing the school name, grad year and all the information and asked them 2 separate times in a email, why are you guys not accepting my transcripts when its one of the listed approved docs for hs verification, they completely stopped responding to me nor did they let me correct the name on the background check application so that it could have match. should i have done a better job at catching the mistake, yes? should they also have given me the opportunity to fix it, yes? but clearly it just wasn't meant to be and i withdrew my application because it was just wasn't worth the hassle. i know God has something better for me and this just wasn't apart of his plans. good luck to everyone else

Loving all the positive comments I’m seeing here so far and what fun unique way of doing this presentation. It looked alittle jank at first, but still had great clear instructions and that dance party at the end made me giggle lol. I worked for CX in Indiana as a Apple IOS and Mac advisor. I left for another opportunity and I realized CX was better in the long run. I have applied again and hope to rejoin! Working from home is a great perk! I have needs to cut commuting down for work as I have my elderly mom living with me now. I can't wait to rejoin!

I am missing a test, and I received the other two a couple days after this video was sent. I was almost hired, TWICE lol. This company is pretty awesome, a VERY understanding. This first time, I had a medical emergency, and the second time, my computer needed Jesus. I am SO ready this time new EVERYTHING even my home office :) This isn't a "job" it's a career, so all the preparing is pretty important.

did you get the job i was thinking of following through but i dont currently do not have one device specification that is required so i would like to see and then i will contact them and double check i am getting a new laptop so i may be okay coming forth

This was an interesting and informative video about this company. I’ve been putting off looking at the video do to time and scheduling with my studies. But I think I will go ahead and move forward with my application and see if I can get a job in their IT department.
