Pro tip for crazy days: leave your pump parts after use in a ziplock bag in the fridge between use. You can wash at the end of the day. I'm an L&D nurse and that's what the lactation consultants recommend if you don't have time to wash. You've got great access to a sink, but maybe someone watching will find this helpful. Love that bag!
I’m pumping for twins, a nurse, and in grad school. I typically feel like I’m taking my whole house to work. I use a big open tote and it’s driving me nuts because things are just floating around and intermingling all the time. Great ideas!

Please show us your bullet journal system! I’ve seen a couple other videos but would prefer to hear your story...maybe try it before it gets too much later in the year 🙂
Thank you for sharing! My maternity leave is about to end , so I’ll be back to work in 3 weeks. I want to avoid carrying so many bags and this one is perfect. The insulation pouch for breast milk is genius! Thank you!
Nice! I'm glad you have a great place to pump. 21 years ago I had to pump in a bathroom ... then my boss had compassion on me and gave me a chair in the storage closet.
My heart is so happy that you have respiratory therapists a shout out!! I feel like we are the forgotten step child of hospital care providers. I absolutely love everything about this bag from the color, to the storage and the material. I’m always on the hunt for little things to keep in my work bag of the next best work bag so I’m so glad you did this video!! ❤️
Okay, Gurl, I HAD to make a DrKristinaBralyMadeMeDoIt Playlist......... because I needed to keep track of all of the amazing products and hacks that you show, tips/tricks, etc!!! That way I can find the videos easier to the awesomeness (lol). I put you in my favorites, etc, but this extra category was NEEDED!!! :) Love you!!! Susan near Chi-Town
I neither need a work bag like this (as long as I have room for lunch and a laptop I’m good) and I’m a loooooong way away from having kids, yet I watched every minute! Love your videos! Congrats on 80K and here’s to another 80K more! 🥂
I’m way past breastfeeding but loved seeing this just the same! I’m ordering one of those bags this week and loved seeing the size and pockets. You look beautiful and I love how practical and organized you are! I felt like a frazzled crazy mess when I had small babies. ❤️
im pregnant with my first baby and have been a viewer of yours for years, so I couldn't be happier that I can look to you for tips like this. I don't know if this video idea will seem too personal or whatever, but I'd really like to hear about how you've gotten your body back after giving birth (because you do look amazing!), how much do you think breastfeeding played into that? or just postpartum tips and tricks, anything like that? im quite nervous about postpartum depression and how losing my figure might add to it. thanks! keep up the great work!
I just came across your video! I have been researching cooler bags the last week trying to figure out a system for the milk! I literally said “thank you, this is exactly what I wanted” out loud. So so smart, I could picture it but couldn’t think of how to search for it.
Im having this issue. The Medela advanced pump in style is made/stuck inside the medela tote. It came that way and has a little cooler. This is fine if I’m just rolling out fast. But I also need a lunchbox, my laptop bag and my purse. I’m becoming the bag lady and im weighed down
As a MICU nurse, beauty junkie, and momma to 2 & 3 year old girls, I love your content so much. Being a working, pumping momma is not easy and can be stressful when work gets busy but I think you shared some great tips. I wish I had that bag when I was pumping, I used the Medela large bag and a backpack for all of my stuff 🤷🏼♀️. Have a great day Kristina, you are a great mom and Dr. 😄
How did i ever miss this video?? I definitely wanted something I could use other than just a nursing bag. I am definitely considering this bag. Also the Insulin bag is brilliant!!!....I didn't want to take pack that big medela cooler bag when my milk bags are flat.
This is such a great video! I wish I had this two years ago! But if we ever have more kids I will definitely be referring back to this video. Your videos are so so great! Can you do a cleaning/cleaning schedule video? Your house is always so clean despite having a little one and working full time. :)
Kristina, could you post the previous bag you used? I am a Patient Care Tech in nursing school and I am so tired of lugging my backpack and purse everywhere. I’m on a budget obviously lol and I have found several nice bags but none big enough for my 15.6in laptop. Thank you! Love watching you, HB and baby Harper. The pups too!
I’m really hoping I’m able to have the chance to attempt breast feeding again! It was not easy the first time around and I wasn’t able. But I pumped the little supply that I made for 3 months while working! ❤️
You are a genius! I plan to use the Kiinde system and was looking for an alternative option to that large cube cooler. Thank you for solving a problem for me. 😁
Medela also has steam sanitizing bags which are great for on the go and to sanitize pump parts. You just place your parts in the bag, add water and steam in the microwave for 90 seconds.
I don't have any children but I love watching these videos. It's taught me a lot about all the things moms do for their children. I also feel like that bag would be a good school/work bag for me. Thanks for the video ❤️
Kristina, you look gorgeous in this video (not to say that you don’t look pretty any other time)! You just look so glowy 😍 Congratulations on 80k subscribers!!!
Wow, i love the idea of insulated pounch. Everyday i have to bring my 15,6" laptop with my backpack for working. Using that pounch will simplier my bag. Thank u Kristina. :)
Hi, love your videos and style! Btw, this is random, but there's a new Littmann Cardiology IV that has the adult and pediatric side like the Card III, but also features notable improvements in the technology (including with the chestpiece, binaural assembly, and tubing). Just FYI in case you ever need that style of stethoscope. :-D
Hey so I totally loved this...I work at a hospital and I come in at 6am which means I'm up at 430 running around trying to set my BAGS up (I try doing it at night but always end up falling asleep), making sure that all parts are available etc.....this video really helped ALOT.......But now I have a problem lol I went on Amazon for the insulin ice bag and its UNAVAILABLE 😭😭😭😭😭
This is sooo helpful for new mommas my lady. 👍🏻❤️ thanks for sharing always n I love watching this even though my boys r 7 & 11. 😄 have a fabulous week ahead! 😘😘😘Sandy
Hi I saw on your Instagram that you’ve been using the backpack too! I’ve been looking for reviews on RU-vid but there aren’t really any good quality videos on them. Do you think you can review the backpack? Thank you for all you do Kristina!
THANK YOU SO MUCH for this video! I'm an ER nurse, not a mom yet but pumping is a big thing. Especially in the emergency department setting pumping can be an anxiety provoking obstacle that can totally affect supply. SO many of my peers deal with various issues when they pump, Thanks for your perspective, and for recommending this particular bag and pump,
*places bag in cart... lol. I’m a working mom too but no longer pumping. I teach and this bag would definitely fit my planner, essentials, and my huge hydroflask. Love the video, as always!
Hi Kristina!! I admire you so much! I am a physician and a mom as well and your videos help me so much! Thank you!!! BY the way, your baby is gorgeous and your hair is amazing with the new shampoo!! :) #notificationsquad
Pump bags are no joke!! I ended up buying a $15 double decked lunch bag from amazon! It fits my pump on top perfectly and my milk, ice pack and valves at the bottom.
Great video! I love the hack of using the Neoprene Insulated Pouch for the Twist storage bags. How many are you able to fit in there? Also, roughly how many oz is in each bag?
Love the bag! Great functionality for many uses! I did not know about the Neoprene being an insulator type fabric!!! Awesome! My youngest is 4 now, and I remember all the “luggage” that comes with a little one! You need 4 arms some days! Have you heard of Ju-Ju-be bags? I love to recommend them to my friends because these bags were a life saver for me with my children 😇 they even have “Mommy pockets!” I don’t get paid to say that either 😉 just wanted you to know about them in case you need another bag! 😁 who doesn’t “need” another bag right??? Right??? Have an awesome day. Love your videos kudos to you doing YT videos with an infant!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
You have quickly become my favorite you tuber! I'm a mom of 3. I've been subscribed for years, but binged watched your vlogmas while pumping for my newborn! LOVE LOVE LOVE your videos and seeing your cute lil munchkin! 😘
Beautiful beautiful bag Kristina!!!! I’m going to look for one myself...I definitely would want the other color you originally wanted as well! Great video! #notificationsquad #babygirlharper #gorgeousblues
Love your videos!!! Would love some mommy favorites, daily routines, updated skincare routine (day and night), and anything involving your beautiful daughter! I'm due any day with our second little girl and just love seeing Harper!!!
I wish I had that stylish set up when I pumped. I lugged around my beast. You’re so smart. Love you, and love the bag! 😘 ps I BF for 2.5 years but only pumped for about a year. Keep up the good work! Nice bag to get you motivated is a great idea.
It always blows my mind how much things change in such a short time on the baby stuff! I had my youngest 3.5 yrs ago and the freestyle was the best pump you could get! I struggled pumping bc my let down was sad and I always felt full after pumping, but never after nursing my actual kid. The sonata sounds amazing! I loved the symphony rented from the hospital! I haven't nursed in a little over 2 yrs and so much of it has gotten better in just 2 years!!!
I just found out I am pregnant for the first time, I am 36 years old! So exciting but also a bit frightening! Thanks for your informative videos! Xxx love from Belgium
Ok I don’t know what it is but you’re channeling JLo in this video. May be the sleeves hahahahaha You can get these Medela bags for sanitizing the pump parts that go into the microwave!!! Haha when you said microwave I thought about that.
Kristina- you should look into using one of your hospitals pumps while at work. I am a nurse in the NICU and I know we allow our pumping nurses that are working to use the hospital grade pumps while at work. You would just have to bring your own kit like the flanges and tubing!
Great video.. I am going back to work soon and I also work at the hospital & have to be in scrubs. I am planning to pump at work but need a kind of scrubs that have easy access to pump do you recommend any brand ?
I loved this! My pumping days are over but still really enjoyed all of these tips. Love the bag!! That would have made life so much easier. Also, obsessed with power crunch bars.
My kids are in college but I still learn a lot from your videos. I really like any organizing videos and bag videos. Your life hacks are always appreciated.
Kristina, I love the combination of topics you included in this video! Although I am not a mama, and won't be trying for a couple of years I love how thorough you are with your reviews. Your usual content is amazing as usual, and I love that you included some tidbits about your job! I know your channel is primarily beauty/luxury, but I would love to see more medical content on your channel :)
I'm interested in Mommy favorites (as you discover them). My sister is about to have her baby and I want to pass along all your ideas because they are great!
17 year old high school senior here, watching for no reason at all except I love every single one of your videos!! (Yours are also the only ones I ever comment on)
