I am working in big German mnc (in fact top) in India for almost decade now, i can vouch what you said for German people but its exact opposite here in indian office :-)

I seriously wanna study abroad but indian family problems.. they are endless. Makes me motivated to study better and then leave all these problems behind and be free as a bird. German corporates work under the rules of Mitbestimmungsrecht which is inviolable. That gives protection to employees to a level unheard of in many countries

Unfortunately 😕 in same Company's ITC🇮🇳 has Double Standards - AdHoc meetings by Indian Managers for his Personal Learning without permission to reflect it in Timesheet, Forcing to keep in all report & Tech meetings, On Quality Work Appreciation by Counterparts - ITC Manager starts shouting & yelling in AdHoc meetings as worry of demand for Appraisal Ratings. Puntuality & Rules are defined relative wrt Manager's Timings - if he is late, we are too early, if he joined before time, our on time also late. Totally Opposite Work Culture ...!
In India, except for a few companies, HR is the 'Yes Man' of the Management and creates all sorts of trouble for employees. Attrition is high and mostly HR works as a recruiting agency. They wouldn't recognize 'motivation' and 'inspiration' if it bit them on their @$$.
Very important information.. For Jobs system Germany is great.. So many Indian talented people likes to do Jobs in advanced countries.. like US, Uk, Canada, Australia n Europe..
