Your grandparents! That's such a wonderful story. It melted me too. Your grandmother telling you her experiences, that's so cute. Treasure that memory. I'm older now (I was 53 this week) but I only grew up with one grandmother as I'm the youngest daughter of a large family with parents who were both youngest/2nd youngest of large families. Your grandpa reminded me of when I visited my oldest surviving uncle in his 90s and he took me to his neighbours to introduce me as I'd popped to see him unnanounced as I was unexpectedly in the area. ❤

Fun video as always. A good thing that happened this week, my fiance bought a hand grinder for my coffee. He hates drinking coffee but loves the act of making it, so I'm waiting for it to dry so he can hand grind me some beans I bought from a local producer. It's a simple thing, but my life right now is made of simple things. It's why I like watching your video, you have a slow living vibe without it being artificial or overly whimsical.
hmm good thing that's happened this week...well i am just that much closer to a sample of my first planner. i've been sketching and templating for a while in my sketchbook so it'll be really cool to start transitioning it all to a digital render for a physical to be made from. im so excited!! omg...one day, my shop will be open. love your video!

It’s actually because of you that I decided to start my own alpha/beta reading gig and I’m working on my second client right now! (First client was technically beta reading for a children’s picture book but the one I’m working on now is a full length novel!) It’s a lot more work than I thought but I love it ❤️ Any tips for a beginner? Or have you already made a video talking about Fiverr that I can check out? It has a small burn on my knuckles, but otherwise okay. But MAN, it hurt!!! I don’t think I have a video on Fiverr, but one of my tips that I found helpful was just updating your gig description once a week ish to generate it back in the system. Just switching up phrasing a bit and saving it. It helped me! And YES, it is!!! SUCH a cutie!!!😍😭💕
