This was a great makeover, I bet it's way nicer to "go to work" when your home office looks like that and anyone you zoom meet with is probably green with envy.
Iam thrilled to find an architect like me i feel all architect have this bond even if they don’t see each other i wish i could have an architect fiend whose passionate like you i can only imagen what a plast we will have, keep up the good work my friend
Finally, something original !! Your taste is thoughtful, unique, and beautifully thought-out. Would love to see a living room designed by you in the future!
Coming soon! Guess we'll do some work downstairs. We finished our house build a while back - you can check our whole series. Def more work to do in the living room now tho!
Looks fantastic! I would not have thought of painting those Kallax shelving units! The floating shelves are amazing. And I'm impressed... you have LIVE plants. Most of these videos contain fake plants.
Thanks Tracy. Nothing I love more than real plants. The really warm up the place. Kallax shelves weren't the easiest to paint. They're holding up well but I would recommend a deep scuff and primer before. Thanks for watching.
Thank you! I wish more people would breakdown the cost. It gives viewers who are interested in even part of your office a better idea of what it takes to achieve that look and how to best budget renovations and prioritize what might get done first. thank you!
This just popped back up on my feed. I actually painted my office this color based on your video. Obviously video doesn't always do it justice and lighting is different in every room but mine is more of a green/blue dark teal color but brighter like it has gray in it. Yours almost looks like a dark emerald green. Mine also look horrible on camera. Everyone asks me if I painted my room black and I always look totally washed out. In short I love your room but I wish I had just went with an emerald green.
@@lifeluxury3081 Hey! Thank you. This was all filmed on a canon sl2 DSLR. All my wide shots are with a 10-18mm Canon lens. All the closeups were done with the Canon 50mm nifty fifty. There might be a few shots in there with the 18-55mm. All my new vids were shot on the Iphone 12 Pro. There are some pros and cons - it's not as nice as the crispy beautiful look of the 50mm from the DSLR but the wide shots and timelapse modes are awesome. The 4K adds a nice level of crispness to the vids. Also great to not have to carry my camera bag back and forth to construction sites.
From the makeover design to the video editing, this is all around some great content. Keep up the good work and your subscriber count will go up in no time. Well done!
the dark green is reminds me of victor newman's office on Y&R---- very luxurious looking 🥰 u did a great job! Overall i think i will do a dark wall. Ones that are light just dont look good for an office nook. The dark color anchors the space.
Thank you so much! hah I had to google that I must admit.. he's so much more suave then me tho - fits the office better ;) Good luck with your office. Thanks for watching :)
I absolutely love this design, thanks for sharing. I currently working on my home office makeover and hoping to replicate with a few changes. Wish me luck 🍀
Hi. I just saw this office build. Great job. I really like how you built the shelves. I also love the colour. You mentioned it was Sherwin-williams but I don't think you mentioned the colour. Are you able to share what the colour name is? Thanks.
Thank you! It's called thalo night from Valspar. We had it color matched by Sherwin Williams because we have an account with them and like the quality of their paint.
What software did you use to 3D plan it? Also, the video was well made! All I would say is to make sure the volume of the music stays with the volume of your voice, sometimes it was too loud.
