Woah, that is so cool that you manufacture your own skins for Wrap'd! I would have thought you were working with a third-party manufacture. I was so impressed when you showed your own machine! I'd actually have loved to see more about that, I'm definitely interested being both a videographer and small business owner. Your studio looks amazing, I was excited to see you were uploading a tour!!
I move my desk/office around maybe 7/8 times a month! So good to hear it from others, the space needs to be suited to your mood and editing style/ways. Great video! The desk there looks the best!! 🤙🏻
Beautiful space! We're in the midst of figuring out our own production space and yours seriously has some pretty cool vibes. Would love to see more on how you plan your spaces out.
You mentioned Klipsch speakers. I LOVE my Klipsch! I've had so many people mention what a nice sound my system has and they always ask about my speakers. No one seems to know about Klipsch. I've had them for over 20 years!
Really cool setup. Great unofficial a small space. Hard to believe it is a basement. Can you push your editing setup video to the main screen in front of the sofa. It would be a great feature for your clients. That also keeps them out of your editing space. Great video
Uplift also sells back panels that you can buy and attach. If you add the panel you could flip around the bottom tray and much more of the wiring mess is hidden. Even with the advanced wiring kit my mess is *mostly* out of sight. Great job & Thanks for the tour!
Hi Landon, this tour is awesome! Really cool and super convenient interior. Most of all I liked the minimalistic view and quiet colours. It seems all really perfectly organized in your studio. I'm now in the process of creating my own studio but in one small room. That is kinda difficult at first sight but Im sure I'll find the best option. Your Fulltimefilmmaker fan :D
The XDR Display have a lot of cons (local dimming is one of them), but worth recognizing that sustaining 1000 nits full window, is not easy, and this monitor does that (hence the thickness). OLEDs doesn't get remotely close to that, but I get those deep blacks look impressive.
Nice really love your set up bro miss seeing you with the FTF group but I'm glad you doing this. When are you going to release videos about premiere pro?
Are you doing something in post to blur the edges of the frame or is that lens distortion? It's got kinda a weird trippy anamorphic vibe to it. Love the space! Really looking forward to building out a bigger space for my studio very soon!
hey landon... this is vikky big fan of your work.... and my question is.... what is the total budget that u invested on studio ? and I also have a another request what are the challenges that you faced while starting your filmmaking career and make a specific video on that
Total invested in the studio was probably around 60K with labor, furnishings, gear, etc. Thankfully, it's a tax write off and it also increases the value of my home, so a no-brainer!
Landon, what affect/lut are you using on your video. Seems like a red/blue mix in the highlights and a soft glow. I have been trying to achieve this for some time now haha please help!
