Thank you for the review! I have a crossbody bag that does the same "lift" thing you talk about around 7:12 and agree that it's annoying. My particular bag has wear and tear around that area because my bag usually is heavy (I always carry a heavy water bottle). Don't know if that's the case for this LaBante bag, but now I'm looking for a crossbody bag that doesn't do that "lift" thing
Thanks for your comment. Yes I had to return mine unfortunately, it just wasn't a practical bag for me even though I liked it. I'll do a review if I find one that works better when it's heavy
