In Herzberg theory ...it states two factor for job satisfaction 1.motivation factor 2.hygience factor .... motivation factor is directly related to work motivation ...but hygience factor also related ...if we received good working environment ,good relationship,basic salary we remain motivation ..... Jobs satisfaction and motivation are interrelated ..if we remain satisfied we remain motivated or vice versa
