I recently had to unplug from some people and situations. I’ve plugged into new things like nature, new friendships, hobbies, and Trent’s messages here. These messages have become a must for my mornings. I listen to it on the way to work. It has helped me change my life little by little and now I am changing my environment to better suit where I am going. I realize that when you are light you tend to bring that over into your environment. It starts with you. You must decide to change. I like him saying 1 positive thing every morning. Just 1 and it will build from there. I have started making changes and it has been good to me.

Trent. The years that I was a strong woman (a single mom) raising 3 beautiful kids. My norm was to get up and pray, spend time with God - alone. Quiet time . Then, I’d spend the exact amount of time in a really good workout this is the way I’d start my day and I couldn’t think of a better way to live. It got me through so much in life . 💯🙏🏼❤️

Honestly Trent I don't understand why we choose to stay in difficult situations when we work so hard on ourselves on the outside of work, or family or what ever it is. I finally chose to go casual at work in beginning of September and have never looked back. I caught myself complaining at work that I had 2 heavy residents and immediately replaced it with "hey, it doesn't matter, you are casual and just roll with it" and my day was great. Now I enjoy picking my shifts when I want. Only we can decide when it's the right time to leave a difficult situation or people. Be strong everyone!

I'm sorry I missed this one Trent but as always, your words are ALWAYS on point!! I've literally had to track my time on social media, RU-vid etc., and OMYGOD I waste so much time on things that do not help me advance forward!! So I've started to turn off or sign out of social media, RU-vid and the internet because it's forcing me to get back to my creative hobbies and trying to start taking better care of myself mentally, physically and spiritually!! Trent your message about "God's plan" is SO true and YES, grabbing my phone first thing upon awakening in the morning is definitely a bad thing to do!! ❤ thank you trent for all you do . This morning after dropping my daughters off at school my car died . Right in front of my oldest daughters school . But I tell you god is always with me , my youngest daughter school is right around the corner . The car wouldn’t turn on then 🎉 it did I was able to drop her off and drive up the street to the mechanic but it died again and he couldn’t help me Becouse he only specializes in Mercedes’ . I have a 2009 Jetta that I bought used . I am right now waiting for the tow truck was able to get something eat . I am calm and happy even through this waiting for the tow truck to take me to another mechanic right next door . This video was want I wanted to hear . To keep going . ❤

I am not regretting at all, even if I am not there yet. Because I am trying. We can’t be on 24/7. We do some positive steps then some old habits. It would burn us out to do all day with new habits everyday. Our brains do need rest time.

Made such great changes beginning of September! Went casual at work, never felt better. Started working out beginning of August with yoga and more walking. Never felt better. Now too many people asking me questions at work. Are people more nosy or what? Anyway I started asking them questions and you should see their faces😆😆Anyway thanks for the inspiration Trent! So happy I did this. Was scared at first but now I'm like this is easy! Protect Your Peace!
