I been doing this workout along with a lot of danielle's other workouts and I got to say The results are amazing. I went from 64.9k to 58.9 in 3 weeks and it really shows on my body. Seriously amazing results

It's my 3rd days doing this workout and today I'm doing 2 sets of this! Hoping to see a result soon after like a month! Also I'm trying to eat clean and I drink green tea everyday. I also try to jog as much as I can! Wish me luck 💪🏻

Update: i only did it for 2 weeks before i get busy moving out. Tbh it works so well with my thighs and butt. Not much on the abs tho. But that's what 2 weeks did to me. Until now my thighs are still pretty toned. I still prefer my other workout routine tho ✌🏻️

Xarielle Fenty u should do warm up first b4 u workout... Some small stretching also enough.. but make sure that it stretches all part of ur body... Then u can continue with the workout as i did😆

Amena Martin it's designed to work all areas but make sure you hold your abs the whole way through and it will work them without you really noticing as much as if you were to do sit ups! x

I watched the video three times and learned the routine. I don't sit and do it along with her. I turn on my own music and the whole routine a couple times throughout the day. I eat regularly and I only drink water (almost 2 gallons or more everyday). I have been doing it for two days and I have already lost a pound!!

Personally I dislike working out because I feel like time passes so slowly and my crappy lungs often give out on me. However, I love the workouts that you do because they are short and effective. Also, they are a lot of fun to do so I don't mind spending the time doing them and the times passes by quickly. Even though I'm tired and sweaty after your workouts (which is a good thing) I feel great afterwards and the next day. I'm 5'2 and 110 lbs, so I'm not overweight. But I've never been happy with my body, and slowly, with the help of these workouts, I'm getting the toned body that I've always wanted but never knew how to achieve.

Just found this... ohhh woowww... haven't met anyone who was worse at dancing or hated it more than I do and although I was rubbish copying these moves at least I enjoyed them!!!! Will definitely try to practice it to perfection ;)
