It works for me. It has become a habit. It's like I've trained my mind to just be on automatic mode of Thankfulness and Gratitude no matter what the circumstances or situations that arises. I can always see the good and the lessons in it. So I look at life as a teacher. I'm just grateful for it all.

I went to that ramen spot before but I didn't like it..felt like it was too touristy. you should go to SUNDA if you have never been..and get the Brussel sprouts..yooo..its asian cuisine..so good..its right around the corner from the ramen spot nothing cleans better than vinegar!! especially for the mirrors and windows

I actually did a 3O day detox as a reset. I only drank the detox drink and water. I feel so good and I actually lost twenty lbs. I did add protein powder.
Well if it gets to where u feel u just have to eat something.. U can have a little fruit or vegetables. After a week u get use to not eating and began to feel so good. U ever heard of the Master Cleanse where u do the sea salt flush and after that u drink the smooth move tea. U can skip the sea salt step if you like. After that u start drinking the mixture of lemons, Cayenne Pepper, and maple b syrup. A while back I did that for thirty days and I felt like a new person. Once u finish u start ur healthy eating journey for life. It's like a kick start. Wt I did this time was take the Arden's Garden gallon two day detox drink that u buy already made at Publixs and I added the Cayenne Pepper and Maple b Syrup to it. So I basically created the Master Cleanse and detox in one. The Arden's Garden detox drink consist of fresh squeezed lemons, oranges, and grapefruit and distilled water.
Haven't gotten around to it but I truly know that kimchi would be delicious with collard greens and cornbread. I just don't feel like making greens right now
Food grade diatameacious (sp?) earth powder helped me when I had parasites. I took it like for three months two cups a day (in my water) because parasites grow in cycles. I hope this helps 💞

I love the check in, I do as I’m a project mgr by day and life is a project. So if you don’t check in you may look up and wonder how am I not xyz. Also I believe many times we may make goals that aren’t of us but others. So if you don’t make progress you have to say self do I want or is it to appear a certain way. Me creating again is hard as this isn’t my first time but I’m going to have fun and energy and whatever you water with energy grows.
Hello my Oklahoma friend. I was actually surprised when u said you made your own laundry soap. I've been using exactly what you listed. Two added item is Zote Flakes and Gain peddles. Spent like $30 bucks and last 6 months. Also I always do natural like make my own deodorant, air freshener etc.
I was like "OOOHHH! Oh my gawsh, she said kimchi" 😂😂😂 😳 I use a similar laundry soap, a powder form. Mine also has Epsom salt and sea salt. I use vinegar to the softener spot and a few drops of essential oil (100% pure) on our dryer balls. My son had really bad eczema and it's gone and him and I both always felt itchy (worse with certain products than other) and we don't anymore. Our skin doesn't itch at all. Just remember don't use the vinegar when you use bleach, it'll make mustard gas we don't need that. I also use vinegar A LOT to clean I have some with orange soaking right now and it smells amazing!
I'm allergic to Tide and most of the big brands of detergent. I break out in bumps too. I read in an article last year that in a few states Tide is labeled as toxic.❤😊

Yes it works for me but I do notice it’s not just gonna fix everything you have to get sleep, eat clean , stress free as possible for lower cortisol levels and much more. It’s something I’m currently still working on as we speak but I will update and do a hormone balance journey when mine is all figured out 💜💜💜
U should a what u make in 30 days challenge since ur on a paper chase in your mode u dont have to say a number to us but set a goal for yourself see if u hit it tell someone else the number and then have them verify if you did or not

My kid has athletes foot that has not gone away- month 7 of this- doctors just give more pills and creams- I’m about to go the holistic route cuz this should not last that long. And it covers all his toes. I just don’t know what to do- he’s 13 and can’t even enjoy the summer or go to school cuz he can’t wear a shoe - not even for 20 mins- it gets super red and inflamed.
