I probably wouldn't make a full video like that because they tend to attract a lot of criticism, but I'll share some quick thoughts - I'm about 20 pounds lighter than I was a year ago but also like to note I loved my body before and was never overweight. I moved to an anti-inflammatory, primarily whole foods diet for health reasons and excess weight naturally came off. I barely eat processed foods anymore (the only exceptions are chickpea pasta and occasionally bread, grains, tortillas, etc.) I'm vegan and eat as many fruit and vegetables as I want/need. I rarely eat out anymore and when I do I opt for healthier choices like salad and sweet potatoes and I avoid fried foods 99% of the time. I have never liked sweets, but when I do get a craving I choose fruit or dark chocolate, not refined white sugar products. I also stopped eating breakfast as I found that as a vegan, most of it was processed junk. So I really only eat between 12-6pm but I'm not extremely regimented about that. If I'm hungry at night or in the morning, I'll eat! I just listen to my body. When I do want breakfast, I'll typically eat an apple, sunflower butter, and granola if I'm really hungry. For lunches and dinners, I eat a lot of Banza chickpea pasta (high in protein), salads with quinoa, tacos or taco bowls with beans and lots of veggies. I eat kale almost every day and also take high doses of turmeric. I also walk every day (usually a couple miles) and I think doing Pilates weekly has really made my body look leaner and stronger overall. ❤

well, yes you want to serve your audience, but do you like doing it? There are so many youtubers who go into the direction the algorithm pushes them but after a while they are not fulfilled anymore. You have an agency and other income streams, and yet, I much rather have you and all the other creators do what they like and enjoy doing. So I hope you also get energy from the social media update videos and feel good afterwards

Yes, this is such a good point. Thanks, Marianne. The answer is YES, I do like doing them, but I don't want to ONLY do them. I think letting them be the 'commercial leader' for lack of better words will allow me to put more fun and creativity into other types of content, like this. I think I won't feel as much pressure for vlogs or fun stuff to perform.
