There are many videos demonstrating bcars, @BradleyPhillipsYT has some excellent demonstrations. OutOfDarts also is a trusted seller, and worker is a highly refutable manufacturer.

Yeah they have shown them being fired several times, they really do work, and make the blasters more accurate

You’d usually want to have riffing like a Bcar or scar on anything over 130 fps

Like @Twolfe_ said, rifling attachments like this are really only reliable past HvZ and super-stock performance levels. We have no definitive testing yet as to which angle is best for which performance range.
