I just wonder how much they paid cuz i have an accident in work and they denied due to bill too high they leave everything to me i wonder if i can law sue becouse my company had workers com and they give me this bs

My Dr put me on TTD the 10th, however the light duty was to begin the 11th. I was cut off financially because work gave me the possible Light duty. What can i do monetarily, because im set to get surgury as soon as Jobs insurance gives the approval. So frustrated n hard pressed. This back n forth light duty then off..then light duty then off again is an issue. I have a lawyer but hard to get ahold of at times. What can i do to clarify n get compensation while still off work?
Precious - that's a tough one to answer without knowing all the facts and I'm sorry you're experiencing it. Workers Comp is supposed to help support injured workers and not make life more difficult. Since you have an attorney, I think they would be the best source to resolve the problem. If they're hard to get hold of, I would suggest contacting an associate in the firm to voice your concerns and dissatisfaction, if that doesn't result in a call back and consultation, it may be time to move on to a new law firm. Sorry I couldn't offer more specific advice, but once you retain a lawyer, they do call the shots.
