My husband had a work injury 15 years ago and he had a closed case. But,due to his working conditions at the same company due to the work they have him do ,his condition in his lumbar and cervical spine has gotten to a severe level he was told at the neurosurgeons. They need to do surgery because of how severe it is now and he has lost strength in his hands and his foot now is experiencing drop foot when walking due to the lumbar disc that is severe.Would he be able to reopen his case now and be covered compensation of pay while he has to be off work for 2 different surgeries? Right now when I reach up and into the microwave oven with my right arm, I just don't have the strength that I used to have. My left arm is now much stronger. That said, I'm only at the beginning of my claim, one month off of work. I will begin physical therapy next week. I go in for a physical therapy consultation on Friday. I'm very concerned. I'm 60, almost 61 and physically things are at an all time low. I hate it.
Im retired civil service fire fighter govt paid for my iniatial back surgury a lady in personel said there was nothing wrong with me I have doctors documentation they civil service made me retire under regular retirement as a fire fighter mrs kerr stated I was faking ha e had numerous implnts battery stimulaters dont work spinal surgury fusion civil service will not respond lawyers will not challenge usn govt have to sleep on floor cant raise up from back position have to roll to stomake get on knees crawl to a chair to get up who can I turn to 75 soon fighting tjis since 1999
