Last April, we had a Bless cream event for a month,
and the response was so good.

People working on cafeterias can't work slowly... They will get fired here :/ especially when you have many customers in line. But i do agree with you

hospitality workers sadly mostly can't afford to work slow... in a previous job I served over 2,000 customers just during lunch hours, we weren't allowed to take more than 60 seconds maximum with any customer. I wish it was possible to be more careful but sadly especially in tourist trap areas it's not possible

Ive litterally never seen a cafe where the workers were able to slow down and make everything so delicate and perfect like this. Either this place is crazy expensive or american food service standards are trash in comparison. Probably both. Update: nvm apperintly bless roll is a korean chain with prices comparative to that of starbucks or any other cafe/coffee shop. They just care more i guess lol. Wish we had one here that stuff looks amazing

Fr, whoever thought out everything for this café is genius. This channel is the only café vlog I follow now because of how authentic everything is. idk if its the same for korea, but Japan uses a lot of plastic. they really like to separately package everything they use. But japans plastic waste recycling is so efficient that it isnt even in the top 20 countries for mismanaged plastic waste, despite its abundant use of plastic.

Recently, we start to take notice about the use of plastic so some places have washable bowls, dishes. If you want plastic bags after Grocery shopping, we pay for the plastic bags. My mom always tries to reduce plastic waste. When we do use plastic, we either make DIY projects or recycle very strictly. We often try to avoid any foods with a lot of plastic too. We're trying our best and I wish a lot of people tried their hardest too.
