i've been to a few brandy stores in cali and like,, none of the workers were mean? if anything it was just in my head being self conscious but idk why brandy has a bad rep for mean workers.
A lot of employees are actually nice but some people just group all of them as bad. But in cali my brandy melville the people were very judgmental and two workers. Mostly because I am a woc and I was with my friends who some are a little bigger.
@@lucyturley5490ofc! this one is definitely small though, one that is bigger and has more variety that has very good customer service is one decently close to that area is at another mall called the irvine spectrum!
So my location was looking for new employees at the time, though I didn't know this, but basically I just filled out a paper application in the store and came in a few weeks later to speak to the manager. I was never really interviewed, though before I started I had spoken with the manager a good amount of times, so it didn't really feel necessary. After that I started my training! :)
They are for product research, so basically if we wear something cute and not from brandy the store might try and recreate it or get inspo from it. If we are wearing all brandy, they might post our outfit picture on their main insta. :) Ik it sounds weird at first but it's actually really smart of the company to do!
Hi! I love ur videos just quick question, I am 5’0 (underweight a little bit) but I own a pair of ‘east Hampton new York’ Rosa sweats (that fit me a bit oversized)and I was wondering whether all sweatpants are a bit of a different size or whether they are all the same. Love ur vids!🥰
Hey! Thanks for asking! So all of our sweatpants pretty much fit the same, though every oncein a while we get some that are made from a more patterned or almost curdoroy material. These may fit a little different but sill generally similar to the regular sweats. I advise rolling the waistband at the least. Thats what my friends do with theirs at least :) Hope that helps!
the plain coloured sweatpants are a little smaller than the ones with the writing on if you look at the measurements on the website. they are a little more fitted🥰
no! well atleast at our store the workers aren't! sometimes it just gets rlly hectic in the store bc we used to be allowed to have a ton of ppl in there at once, but thats all i can think of... come in to the hb store sometime :)
Hi! I was wondering whether I would fit into brandy’s sweatpants/jeans, I’m 4’11. I wear their skirts but I’m not sure if the pants would be too long on me!
Im not 100% sure as I am pretty tall myself, though there are a few different cut lengths so I'm sure one would work:) Just look @ the measurements online and compare them to the measurements on jeans that you really like !
Everyone saying that brandy employees aren’t mean to them are obviously welcomed there if they could even shop there in the first place… the whole brand is fucked
I get that the whole 'one size' thing is really frustrating, though it is a better known trend in Europe and Asia and since the company is European it makes a little bit of sense. This considered, I think that the brand is attempting to be more inclusive with adding sizes to a good amount of their items and even making a lot of bigger pants. People often take their frustrations out on the workers about all this, but the truth is that it isn't something we have control over.
hahaha no I wish, I am able to wear our clothes during my shift though and I defiantly get a discount :) the only girls who get free clothes from brandy are the actual models and it is part of their pay
um I was wondering... what are your thoughts on the one size fits all thing about brandy as a employee, and also about the somewhat racist rep that brandy has. Another question I had for you is how your application process is like?? Kk thanks!
