ive been a marina forklift operator for about a year at a marina in the tampa area. im 18 years old and absolutely love it… we have close to 500 boats in high and dry storage, all handled by two drivers😎

Love that flag mural! Yeah grew up on Lake Erie. I see this stuff all the time, mom basically ran a yacht club for almost 15 years and my stepdads a NASA Engineer. so boats and ships are life. Love the channel. Plus we have cargo ships that my parents help maintain out of Cleveland that run the Great Lakes.

Wow that is some impressive Marina. Thanks for the tour. As an old school boater I think those behemoths are sort of overkill. I prefer your C Dory or my Aquasport 224.

I’m positive none of those boat owners cut grass like I do. Not bragging but I have 2 boats in my storage shed. They’re called kayaks with zero hp motors

Great vid.. A lot shocked with the marina for having a rider on the lift.. 25 years lifting boats and I never though i would see a marina be ok with filming an osha infraction.. But cool looking place
Man what do you think the insurance requirements are for that place lol. Not just in case of hurricane and fire but in case of damaging a boat with a lift! Wow
AMAZING business. I have noticed that businesses that care about their appearance (roof flag and whale graphics) are ALWAYS way better to deal with than price focussed, stinky toilet, ratbag businesses. Probably costs a bit more to park your boat there, but if you want your boat in the water, gassed up and ready to go with a tank full of chum at 10:30am on a Saturday ? it WILL be there. Ready to go.

Yea it appears that way doesn't it. Actually that orange boat (I assume that's the one you are referring to) I stopped at two separate times. When editing the footage, it just didn't turn out like I wanted and certainly didn't do the boat justice..... Wish it would have turned out better but I try to trim the fat from the videos as much as possible
@@TripSmith there definitely stunning. I hauled a 42 go fast boat from long island to a marina in Jupiter.. my jaw did drop seeing the boats on racks inside. But they had slips aswell.. that marina u went to looks like a dry land marina.
@@joshuabanwaree2640 hey man I’m the lift driver in the video and we have 4 bulkheads that we drop the boats in so when someone wants their boat they they put it on this app and we will go grab it and drop it in and then do the requirements they requested

It'd be awesome if you could do a ride along with marine police/USCG/FWC somewhere - we could see what all they do and that they're out there just trying to keep everyone safe.
