On April 19, 2022, Miranda Goodby, Senior Curator of Ceramics at The Potteries Museum & Art Gallery, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, UK, discussed her research on the working conditions of men, women, and children in the Staffordshire Potteries in the 19th century, and what they were exposed to in order to make the beautiful pottery that survives in museums today.
