I listen to this podcast on my 2 1/2 hour round trip commute to/from work so thank you. Worked from home for 5 weeks during Covid then we returned to office 5 days a week. We also didn’t call managers “leaders” until 2023. Upside, in office got me 3 promotions in 3 years.
