Yes , you might get a job based on your experience but it will depend on factors such as networking, proper job search etc. Even though acs deducts experience, While applying jobs or for interview you can state your whole experience. Nobody looks at the acs document, its required just for immigration purpose..

No..you get a post study work visa for 2-5 years depending on your course and region.. After that if you wish to stay more, you might need another visa-sponsorship or pr visas…
I applied for a tourist visa initially after about 6 months.. Then later on in my next week converted tourist visa to a new student visa onshore and this time added me as dependent in his application.
