Nice of you to tell passengers to get alternate routes if they had to leave the same day. I guess not all people understand all routes but just repeat the same paid route.

Atlanta airport is busy but it’s cool but I work in here so I guess I will say it was cool but it can take you out of character, but it has its flaws and some good things. I like meet celebrities and good flight attendant like Thomas but AnyWho, you stay safe.

@@wanda2035 I like Atlanta airport compared to others that I fly to when it comes to efficiency. Like in NYC to get from one side of the airport to the other is about a 20 min walk with no train or moving side walks.

Thank you for sharing your trip here! I hear you about working into your off day. Many people don't like that in our industry.😅

@@LMays-cu2hp it sucks to work into your off day but at least we are given the option to get another day off. Other airlines don’t do that

@@TravelingGunn It is crazy and yes, when that has happened about working into the off days, I continue to hope people work it out to another day be off. Either that company giving you another day off based upon our work rules and our contracts. Or with us individually just creating some days off bt putting another trip on the trade board to give you some more days and to just pick up a day to do a high time turn. ☺
@TravelingGunn
@TravelingGunn Месяц назад
With my company it’s hard to get people to pickup without offering money or taking their reserve days.
@LMays-cu2hp
@LMays-cu2hp Месяц назад
@@TravelingGunn Wow!! Yeah, I hear you!! At United for me, when those situations would occur when I got worked into an off day, I would drop a trip and put it on the trade board. Sometimes go down to a two trip to create an extra day off. And finally take a sick day off! Once Flight Attendants and Pilots learn how their fellow colleagues are dealing with the job and work rules then you have to make it work for yourself. And then my few former coworkers that had other jobs they would drop three of four trips month to month and work their other jobs. Or working the PTA meeting because of the kids. We find a way to get those days off. We do!! ☺ Hmm! In my first 3 to 4 years of flying, I use to work in hotels as a part-time job to get the extra money that I wanted. For me, I had to feel comfortable about my career somehow someway.

@@LMays-cu2hp most of the FA’s I work with work another job as well and they try to drop all of their trips. I made extra money selling my vegetables and fruit at the farmers market in the past years since I been in my house.
