I liked your cotton green saree. It is great that you are having a protein rich meal. I just noticed you did not include any greens or microgreens in the diet. Just thought I would suggest my observation. Also it is healthier to use a stainless steel cooker instead of hindalium base. There are theories of health issues due to aluminum/hindalium usage and link to cancer. Loved your skin and skin care routine. Btw I couldn't see any tan. Lol. Most of all I liked the suggestion of saying No in a polite manner.
