Dear sir, We are glad for your support and response, Actually N2 precharge pressure not only depends on accumulator volume, this is dependent much more factor to know the exact N2 precharge pressure we need some more information like design pressure of accumulator, Maximum & minimum operating pressure of hydraulic system which in installed bladder accumulator, Volume of bladder accumulator ( already you given 15 gallon), Hydraulic Pump flow, System temperature, Please give these above mentioned details we are full try to support to know exact filling N2 precharge pressure, But, Generally thumb rule of N2 precharge pressure 45% - 55% of maximum operating pressure, I hope you are this information helping for you, Please give some more information ( above mentioned) and we will helps to you know exact filling N2 precharge pressure. Thankyou for Watching our channel Generally precharge N2 pressure 45-50% of maximum operating pressure, But know about exact precharge N2 pressure some other additional information to be needed 1- oil pump low 2- type of operation for hydraulic 3- minimum and maximum operating pressure 4- volume of accumulator (already you given- 6liters) 5- maximum oil temperature.

1. Pressure oil pump 2. up and down the nozle and open the nozle lid. 3. maximum oil pressure 200psi minimum 180psi 4. The temperature of the oil is not known because it is always running with chiller water 5. Additional information on machines for making foam for motorbikes and cars. Thank you very much
