He as 300K + subscribers, the so called "community" and "bimmerworld" is helping out because of that sub fact. His work here is top quality and i'm not bashing on the guy. But the truth needs to be told. When ur making $30K a month on youTube and have 300K subs, you find that a lot of peeps want to be ur buddy lol

Not true. Almost everytime oem headunits are cheapeat garbage. Good aftermarket headunit and good sound tuning will unlock you full potential and better sound from shitty oem systems.

Probably true for a Walmart unit. Definitely NOT TRUE for a good head unit from a good brand. Also the same goes for Walmart special of the day speakers vs. high end aftermarket speakers. An aftermarket high end head unit and amplifiers, with high end speakers (including a properly tuned sub) can sound almost as good as a high end stereo at home. There is NO factory car system that can even come close (at least in any car that I could afford). The high end system will need to be tuned as well, but the end result can be quite remarkable. If people only want to by a low buck "boom and tizz" system, they can do that at Walmart. You get what you pay for. If you are looking to get a much better than stock system, that too is emminently possible, just not at Walmart prices. I think Stretten played a little bit to the camera on this one. He didn't have to destroy the aftermarket head unit; he could have just left it on the curb, and somebody would have picked it up and used it or sold it. All he did was smash a working head unit for what reason? To prove that BMW's head unit is superior? Here's a clue, it probably wasn't. Mainstream car manufacturers don't buy high end head units to put into their cars, they buy the cheapest radios they can because they are counting pennies. Every penny saved is a penny more in profit. I can understand that the factory head unit integrated better into the M3's dash, but other than that, it is an open question as to which is the better head unit.

Not really most standard car stereos are awful and low powered even putting a midrange aftermarket stereo in you can improve the quality of the sound
