The late, great Bruce Fairbairn... a really wonderful producer. He and Bob Rock were the co-owners of Little Mountain Sound in Vancouver, B.C. However, they didn't own the building, so when Bruce died Bob Rock didn't want to keep on with the studio on his own, so that location closed. They're both wonderfully talented producers to say the least!
