I don't agree with this contractor's advice to finish your house before coming to Ghana. Better to be on ground to properly supervise your house construction. As long as you are not living lavishly and find somewhere you can stay with reasonably low rents.

Because of the rising cost of inflation can one still get a house build 4 or 5 bedroom two story’s and 4 baths for at least $62,000. I know infrastructure should cost around $39,000 to $40,000. That’s bore hole, water filter, solar roof, and back up quiet generator. I need a open space downstairs and kitchen living room with dinning room and bedrooms up stair. 100 x by 100 . I am worried with the legal cost of documentation I could end up over budget. Because one must also have a business as well with marketing to survive. Please what is your What’s app number.
