I knew people who worked in witch shops in the 90's when the Craft (which I love) came out. People would literally call them asking for spells to change their hair color. They would always say something like "yeah it's called the hair color aisle at the drug store" lol!
Word of warning. If you are not familiar with the crystals and how they interact with beverages for consumption, please look into it as some crystals may leech harmful chemicals into certain substances and can be harmful if swallowed.
Definitely look into it for sure. But I do love that they defaulted to just regular quartz crystal for the wine glass. That yoni egg story is the perfect example of WHY you need to look into the composition of whatever crystal you're using.
And... Who have said any crystal you see on the shelf of any shop is a crystal and not fake, it could be processed glass with fake documentation. The really original and authentic crystals are hard to find and are really expensive.

I feel very strongly about what you both mentioned at some point in the sense of; do your thing(craft) to be the best you, not to out shine someone else though. People tend to get lost in their search to be THE best at something, or better than someone else, that they leave themselves behind. Donovan, I loved that part too. We all tend to get lost in ego time to time. Doing your shadow work is beyond important for this reason. Realizing and releasing the idea of being perfect or obtaining the non-obtainable goal helps fight off ego.
I really love these interviews. And hearing her talk about what she went through before focusing on singing like..that's so cool and definitely helps with my healing journey for sure. I hope to finally release more so I can actually focus on my craft and life's purpose.

I'm an atheist but get that same overwhelming feeling of emotion whenever I walk into a spiritual type setting and can't hold back the tears. There's a lot to unpack. I love this interview. What an authentic, magical, humble, wise witch with interesting stories. There are so many great witches on Olivia's channel. I'm intrigued on an individual basis as well as the dialogues. I listen to these videos in the background while im studying and such for college. The combination of spiritual knowledge and textbook knowledge helps to balance my anxiety even though I'm technically learning 2x as much as I have to at the same time. Today I have a history midterm I'm studying for, and I opened my textbook to the chapter I felt most confused by to study. Sitting right there at the most complicated part of the chapter was one of my tarot cards, the Eight of Cauldrons. I guess I get to stop everything I'm doing to figure this out!
i randomly lost a crystal before it was so sad! it was green tourmaline and i still have never found another one that has the same look that one did, the way it still had a slightly raw look but partially tumbled or something like that, it was gorgeous like a forest was trapped inside😥💚
Just an FYI, the series available on Netflix called 'Salem' has beautiful witches, specifically the actress Janet Montgomery who plays Mary Sibley is particularly striking!

Please do make a video about the spells you would do while waitressing! It can be difficult to understand how to do spell work outside of a controlled environment (your home/altar etc.) and I think that video would be really helpful :)
I thoroughly enjoyed this interview. Thank you for bringing this. I looked at the title and foolishly thought "superficial." Nope, totally opposite of that. Just amazing, practical and inventive ways to create magick. I've been in the craft for what feels like so long now. It is my spirit and my being, but sometimes I need inspiration and that reminder of excitement that I had in the beginning. Reinventing my craft is needed, especially now that things are so wonky in the world. I can become really cynical about life with all of the insanity out there. Time for a refresher. 💗

omg, when you guys mentioned hematite, it reminded me of a time when I was stationed in South Korea. I wore a hematite ring whenever I was “off duty”, (it was a band style ring made out of hematite). So one day this lady came up to me and she saw my ring and touched it and said ‘oh my God I love your ring’. Now mind you, I’ve had this ring for years, well, right after that lady touched and “complimented” my ring, out of no where it split in two. And I got bad vibes from her when she came up to me the way she did. So I was a bit upset that it broke but I knew it was the energies.
I've heard the same thing happen to people with evil eye bracelets. I once had a friend who was out with her mom and some woman complimented her eyes (funny enough), like she wouldn't stop gushing over my friend's eyes and then the lady offered to introduce her son to my friend and the bracelet broke and my friend said she suddenly felt sick. Luckily her mom was superstitious and made an excuse so they could leave and they bought a new bracelet on the way home.

Hi Olivia, I'd like to hear your thoughts on something. I hear so many non-Native practitioners saying that they use Native American practice in their craft...as if that's an okay thing to do. Point blank, Native traditional practice is a CLOSED PRACTICE. Just like hoodoo and voodoo, Indigenous practice is something that you have to be born into. Period. My people suffered just to be allowed to even practice our cultural traditions...and now non-Natives wanna come in and appropriate all of our sacred practices. It's sickening. White sage is NATIVE MEDICINE. Sweetgrass is NATIVE MEDICINE. There are plenty of other cleansing methods for non-Natives to use besides white sage and sweetgrass. You can move the smoke around with a paper fan instead of a fake eagle feather. You can use literally any other fire-safe bowl besides an abalone shell. These materials, which are ESSENTIAL to Native spiritual practice, are now endangered due to the extreme influx of non-Natives attempting to smudge. And when it comes to creation stories and spirit-work/gods, the only way to truly learn any of it is by learning from the tribal elders...something non-Natives cannot do. My question is: What are you doing to de-colonize your practice? Everyone acts so progressive, but they turn around and appropriate Native traditions like they're some dead culture anyone can steal from.

This channel will provide lots of education. That is the key to developing your practice. Watch her videos to learn more about the craft. I recommend starting simple and light. Learning to meditate may seem boring cuz you wanna get to work but you need this skill to amplify your work. I would say start with simple one ingredient spells like candle magick. There are lots of great resources on candle magick and that can be a gateway to help you find your path. ⚘
there was a Swedish guy who went in search of an ancient medieval witch who lived in a cave the locals said if you wait around or sleep at the cave and the witch is interested it will invite you in. Such occurred to him he was given potions and awoke outside as if he never went in but the box was there he dark a few of the potions his hair once blonde went black and his eye color changed he also ended up in the hospital nearly dead but once he recovered he was warned not to consume the last 2 viles so technically he did use magic to change his hair & eye tone but it was costly. And I also second the other post BECAREFUL using rock water some rocks should never go into water they can become vapor poison! Research.
