first bit of MW0 is M0.0, two bytes are MB0 and MB1, total bit m0.0 to m1.7 = 16 bit

The first bit is 1.0 we read it right to left.

Great, we group Bytes left to right and then the Bits, right to left.

Last one wins. Period. If you rearrange Network 2 and 1 it will work just fine. Easy way to reset bits within any given area.
