Hannibal King is a well-known athlete and street training enthusiast. He gained his popularity through his strength and skills that he displayed in public places.
Hannibal has had a painful past - his father was sentenced to prison but Hannibal never really knew the reason and grew up with his grandmother. Because of poverty, he had criminal behaviour and started selling drugs. At that time, Hannibal found remedy in exercise, street training, this helped him to get rid of stress and negativity. He was doing basic movements such as pull-ups, different push-ups and abdominal exercises.
Hannibal continued to train for several years and began to receive more recognition from people in his area. At the age of 29 he was living in a homeless shelter, and he thought that was how he would live the rest of his life.
However, one day, a friend of his convinced him to go and try various calisthenics moves while the friend filmed him.
Shortly after the video was posted on the internet, it went viral and Hannibal began to be recognized around the world.
