What a great of example of coaching...he made sure to focus his athletes on being aware, conscientious of others using the area, and basic good manners, i.e., we're here to work, but we're also people around other people so be a good person. So valuable for young people to see this modeled and encouraged. Oh, and good workout, too!
a "pandemic" in march of 2021..... yeah. Man, we will look back in the history books in bewilderment with what went on from 2019-2021. Great workout by the way.
