someone xplain to me. Why do so may do asslift in bench? Literally, explain please instead of raging. Isnt the idea to be able to lift/push it? why cut the distance? Its like doin a bicep curl but leaning over so you only need to do about half.
This was such a nice workout video! Well done! Doing many reps can be pretty boring , I agree. It was fun to watch though and you did great! Impressive with the extra weight plate during the pullups.
