I think it is time that mobbing becomes a criminal offense. The fact that everyone in a team talks against one specific employee and accuses the employee/coworker of being unpleasant, rude, or even aggressive, without solid proof, or when there are instances when a specific employee is called by the rest of the team a liar and other nasty words, should be considered as evidence in the courts that there is mobbing going on so that the person is driven out of his/her work. It is proven that HR doesn't protect targets, instead they take the side of the abuser, because accepting that there is mobbing, will have consequences for the company. Something needs to be done seriously.

I experienced this. I was caught off guard and also underestimated how sinister and malicious the people I was dealing with were. It's crazy how it's such a common phenomenon. My advice I'd give people experiencing mobbing would be to gtfo as soon as possible. Don't waste your energy trying to reason with those types of people. Focus on healing and building yourself up and shining your light If they're afraid of your light, leave them behind and shine your light even brighter.

I did the hardest tasks while others screwed around, I was scolded for the smallest mistakes, I was scolded for mistakes from not being trained, not my fault, scolded when vehicles broke down and I was late, out of my control...every time I went to the supervisor on how my coworker was verbally abusive and not doing his job, I got 15 things thrown back at me that I was doing wrong...I was treated like absolute crap while coworker was on his phone 4 hours a day...no reprimand...
It sucks being held to a higher standard than everyone else. While the lazy bullies get away with gossiping and screwing around instead of doing their jobs, we get dumped with the manority of the workload AND treated like absolute garbage! I've only been at my job for 3 months and have already experienced from a Narc coworker who now has our other coworkers in on bullying me: * set up to fail with huge workload * blowing small errors out of proportion often in front of my supervisor * double standards * humiliation during meetings * Micromanaged and nitpicked * Interrupted for mundane tasks and distracted from my work * making up errors and blaming me for it * mobbed by other coworkers * running to my supervisor when I make an error (often very miniscule) It got so bad that my coworker blew up a scheduling error that actually wasnt an error at all! and showcased it to everyone. On. My. Day. Off. I wasnt there to defend myself. Came into work to have all this thrown in my face and ended up crying after coming home. I believe this came after I was praised for scheduling the most patients for the week on my team. Yeah some team I'm apart of. Now I'm public enemy # 1. 😢
I experienced this and it negatively affected my health and you feel stalked like they wanted you to suffer. I actually loved the job and the bullying was lateral. I know it is a spiritual battle because I cried 😭 out to God one morning on my way to work because I needed a mental health day and couldn't get time off approved. I prayed that God would do something miraculously because I couldn't cope another day with the incivility. I pulled into work and the entire building had been evacuated due to an electrical outage. They sent everyone home! I knew God was with me for standing up to the abuse. I honestly don't know how I would have survived the mobbing if it wasn't forJesus/Yeshua standing with me as I was being treated so bad. If this is happening you need to go inward and seek God's insight because it is absolutely a spiritual battle.

This thing is so so extremely dangerous..., I literally reached a point of wanting to un-alive myself because of work place bullying. I remember crying daily from the constant character picking, lies and gossiping on me and humiliations even when all the work was being given to me alone.YES TIs are generally more attractive matters became worse when one of the superiors developed a crush on me and couldn't hide it this made the mob abuse me even more. Eventually I was fired but told to work an extra month after being fired😳😳😳 I didnt do it I walked away because they wanted to watch me suffer, I never looked back, I'm much happier now BUT I must admit 2 years on I'm still healing from my time at that company that type of abuse can really break a person and takes time to heal. I still cry just thinking about how I'd walk on egg shells and was in constant fear of attacks😭☹ fortunately slowly with time I think about it less and less but truly this form of abuse is highly damaging❤❤❤ I pray we all heal and find better places, people and environments
So much toxicity, immature and unnecessary behavior in these situations. If more people just look within themselves instead of seeking outside sources, they would find that they as well have qualities that could be of good use. Before comparing and projecting, a healthier mindset would be to make the necessary sacrifices to become a better, more well rounded version of themselves. A lot of times, mature individuals don't do things for attention or credit, they do them simply cause it needs to be done. Having a strong work ethic makes others perceive you as doing too much, that's because they aren't willing to go the extra mile. Low self-esteem, and insecurities make them look for flaws in you to justify their poor performance.
Im experiencing all of this!! The love bombing, jealousy,mobbing, gaslighting, I don’t know what to do… speaking for myself just brought me more into trouble. I’m having PTSD from that even nightmares… I cried several times during work. I can’t quit my job because I need to pay bills… and find something else first… my manager is overweight woman and she just hates me personally.. and wants to destroy me mentally. Currently in the smear campaign phase and now my supervisor is looking at me like I'm incompetent which is so far from the truth it's outrageous. Wonderful video. I went through all of what you described so vividly. It was textbook by my bully. It was wrenching, so hard this person aimed to destroy myself professionally and personally in every aspect of my life even though it was in my workplace, even using my married partner as a tact to destroy me. It has taken well over a year to recover. I am a lot happier with much love and support and new role. The bully will always continue within their internal turmoil.
I proved to be competent and became likable (within the field not with them) very quickly and it pissed them off so they spread rumors and ostracized me.. When they couldn't pin something on me or play me off as being "dumb", they followed me outside of work lollll. Once I found a better position that wasn't team oriented I was out. I do better working independently. We(TIs) can even when we're being mobbed, unlike them because we're not cowards who team up to bring someone down. Is it just me or are a lot of TIs also physically attractive?
Im not one to talk myself out but tbh I'm attractive too. And not many people know this but I have a heart of gold and am that random kind stranger who throws money in your busking hat, gives food to the needy out of the blue cause I like to. My whole life I always done random kind deeds. So when I first realised I was targeted I could not understand why someone would do it to me of all people. Someone caring. Didn't make sense. I'm currently going through this exact same experience. At first I couldn't believe it was happening; it's a nightmaresh horrific experience. I'm half way through my first year of it; and it's taken it's toll. However, I'm determined not to let them win by quitting my job. I'm calling in inner resources and strengthening my resilience...I will leave on my own terms.
Be prepared for false accusations with enabling coworkers acting as 'witnesses' to your activities.........One favorite tactic is to haul you in to management's office (no witnesses) and accuse you of stealing. Then disclose several coworkers who 'witnessed' it. Then they will threaten to press charges...but....they will cut you a deal and drop the charges if you quit and leave right now. This way you aren't eligible for unemployment or severance. The story told to your coworkers though, isn't that you QUIT. It's that you were caught stealing and was instantly fired, thus destroying your reputation.
Crazy world that we live in. These corporate psychopaths basically always win. We have little chance. Better to venture out on our own as one of the other commenters mentioned.
Yea this totally happened to me, I was exposed to this kind of behavior for about 10 months. It's an incredible procarious situation, you end up angry with yourself for not acting sooner, or not doing this, or that, when in truth. There was nothing you could do that would resolve this peacefully, peace was never an option, thankfully I was not abandoned by most high, and was shown a way out, I saw one of them again a few weeks after I successfully transferred, I was given the most hateful look going, but that was not the look of a man who was winning, oh no, he believed he had lost, they threw all that shade and it meant absolutely nothing. It's been a month now since I transferred, I had lost all the weight gain I had during those 10 months, meanwhile one of the narcs is starting to pile up the body weight, sucks for him, he a chronic abusive alcohol, and incredible lazy too, so I highly doubt he ever gonna lose that weight, every time they see me they practically run away from me, they were very creepy and strange people. All those who are suffering, know that god saw everything, and they will pay very dearly, a cost they can not afford, for attempting to derail your spiritual walk. Please, continue to make these videos Adriana, I can tell it's difficult for you, but what you are doing is priceless, especially at these dark times, the spiritual warfare is reaching it's peak.
This exactly what just happened to me 💯💯💯 but I was building my business on the side and it’s growing, I just took a leave of absence and all the work they tried to overwhelm me with, they’re now stuck doing the work themselves. They are upset and now gang stalking me on my social media and having meetings about me while I’m not even there. I am semi-retired but still need to work part time as a pension top up until other pensions kick in. Working for ones self sounds the best but it can take years to build up a business for it to pay and the hours are long. What to do when you are in your 60s and just want a low-stress 'fun' job for a bit of income. These narc co-workers act like we are doing some highly classified critical security work instead of the actual low wage service sector work we actually do. Relax people!!! Quit micro managing!!!
My dear, when I got Licensed as a Zumba Instructor, I was Bullied by local Instructors. I have been an Instructor for 8 years now. I stood up to the Bullies and was threatened, and called every name in the Book. I went No Contact with those vile people.
Im an RN. I cant keep a job. Im harassed, bullied, ostracized, alienated, demeaned, degraded and patronized as I try to work. Im spoken to like Im not a human. I know its jealousy bcz the patients I care for EXPRESS to me how confidant they feel in my abilities. To see RN's do this to themselves is terrible. You have RN's that are mentally focused on their plan to destroy other RN's. I understand that the perpetrators ARE the weakest links within establishing a morality that SERVES the patient's needs. Ive been targeted and gas-lit as an RN ever since I came to Hawaii. To hear so many of their own locals, who are the patient's, tell me that the facilities have nursing staff that are a bunch of "high school mentality ppl" was the truth. These occurrences of me being informed by the patient was happening over and over and over again. I was going to get a Lawyer but, I feel so sorry for the hospitals and facilities. There were more great ppl in there that were also being bullied if they didnt follow suit and mentally abuse me. I know my positive attributes. Im a "black" woman. Just thought Id not mention this at first in my comments bcz then the whole "race card" thingy that Im not used to, would be used to demean my intense TRUTH. Its so ugly in Hawaii when theres great beauty here. 🤨
While I am not a nurse I experienced this in a service industry for geriatric patients. I came across an article about how "Nurses eat their young." It seems to be a huge problem in the nursing industry. I'm sorry for anyone who endures this.
Everything you said is what is happening to me right now at work almost exactly! Someone spread a rumor about me that I am a racist and everyone believes them, even the managers. It has spread like a wild fire and I was moved to a different department where the work is ten times harder! In reality I never use stereotypes and I am not a judgmental person at all! I'm hoping that the truth will set me free and the narcissist will be seen as the liar that they are!

This is my fourth job dealing with this mess. You hit the nail on the head for me with your descriptions of mobbing. Except, I'm the one self isolating from them and, when they tried the grooming technique, I told them that I didn't need their validation. This one guy was going for that micromanaging and trying to get me on safety issues. The ring leader who is a manager tried his best for safety to write me up. The safety guy told him," if I write her up then I'll have to write everyone on the dock up, along with the managers". So the ones who were trying to make trouble for me ended up pouting for a few days. I asked Jesus for help. I asked if he would ask the Holy Spirit to help me last night. He helped me. Something big went down with management. One of the managers looked like she was about to cry. Thank you for your video.👍
My experience has been that the bullied see through the bullying. So the bullies engage in character assassination. The only people who stay for that either engage in the bullying or the have very low self esteem. Its a descending circle to the bottom
I've experienced this not too long ago but I know who I am and what my true purpose is. Once one gets to that level nothing they do can ultimately phase the individual. And it gets to them. So they will stay away. Karma is real. What you wish for others, you wish for yourself. I put in my 2 weeks in January and left on the 31st. They never saw it coming and it happened at the right time as key employees were out of work due to karma catching up to them. Now I have the freedom to do what I please and on track to become a millionaire this year. It doesn't stop there either. Continue living life, always grow and never become stagnant, continue learning about anything and everything, and love yourself and everyone else close to you. Much love to all.

I have been the victim of several mobbings in the last 40 years and EVERY time they thought I might turn to the courts they did a preemptive strike by making false accusations (serious ones) against me and got coworkers who were afraid for their jobs to stand as witness. Sure....go to court...and you will wind up worse than you ever thought possible.

I laughed at the frankness of "no worries, the economy is about to crash and nuclear war is about to commence." Not that those will be funny when they're happening, but the way you said it got me good. It puts things in perspective though. I have a narcissistic parent always on my case about not owning a house, not doing awesome things like him (retiring, making money in the stock market, being well-known in the community) and in my head I just ask "Can't you see things are over?" Your accuracy is phenomenal, I've always known this, I just tend to ignore but it does suck, because I would love to have that kinship with my co workers how they interact with each other. I just chalk it up to spiritual warfare, I mean realistically I see the energies and even the principalities of darkness can sense when I'm near or about to enter my work environment but likewise I can sense them as well. At times I do get internally envious of the lives people have, I need to change that. I just love going to work but a 9to5 isn't our thing. I would love to do fashion but not enough free time and i feel ostracized so I never really pursue much. Love you love you love you.

Absolute truth indeed I’ve gone threw this 3 jobs in a row and every time the supervisors were removed and walked off the job by human resourses they weren’t even able to grab their belongings before they left they just fired them if it’s anyone that’s going threw this just ride it out and document everything your going threw on the job by date that the incident occurs and then present it to human resourses and just stand back and watch the salvation of GOD work
Human Resources are often part of the mobbing. I had to document everything and found I was re-traumatizing myself so much just in having to relive the traumas. They knew this so they made me document, redocument, interview, redocument........and then the behaviours increased. When I complained, they wanted me to....document, redocument, interview, redocument.........you got it? It went no where. Oh. And in Canada, mobbing is totally legal.
Hi I just subscribed I'm new.. workplace mobbing I went thru it in 2018 and one thing I want to share is workplace mobbing has one goal, to shatter your spirit, your gonna get fired anyways or walked you out. In my case I learned the hard way , no matter what they tell u, take a deep breath, don't react to them, when talking to them speak slowly take breath, then if they say anything about arguing respond by "arguing there's nothing here to argue .

It was the worst period of my life and I even told a family member who I was not on good terms with, but thought "hey this is when we put all things aside and this is what family is for, the tough times". After a few months the family member used what I told him in private concerning the work mobbing against me when arguing. Yip he was a Narc. I can see you experienced this, especially since you mentioned the workload. Eventually I decided to leave that workplace for my person health. Today I thank God that I recovered from this period of my life.
A coworker did this to me. It was funny too though because she was such a basic, mousy person who acted like she was nice but in reality, she might as well have had rabies. This was the only job she had ever had and her mother got her the job 25 years ago and she worked in the same office as her mother! She lived next door to her mother. So, she never grew up and then was a pawn of management, I guess. I feel sorry for her. She's like a 55 year old child, and she knows that she could not survive outside of that environment, it's the only job she's ever had and she has no degree or advanced training. Soon a computer will do her job. She has no choice but to follow what she's told to do or she loses her job, probably her home, etc.
This is my experience in Korea to a T. Koreans boast about being hardworking and doing high quality work but the opposite is true. So when you actually do good work, their fraud gets exposed. It goes many layers deeper than this but it’s a good place to start for anyone considering working in South Korea or with any Koreans anywhere around the Globe.

This happened to in the gym the personal trainers got jealous, an told two girls working at the reception to tell all the members of the gym to not interact with me, people were straight away giving me dirty looks when they entered the gym members will walk out an left me in there by myself & they turned off the music , The girl that worked on the reception now works at the new gym i Go to, is givin me the sorry eyes an wants me to forgive her. Maybe she's trying to hint that she was told to do it, by management.

Also it seems that the most important things are to inform People in authority early about the Bullies, and educated People in authority about how Bullies operate. Then he or she will get others to target the Target Individual. This really happend to me. At my past job i was part of this girl group. In the beginning everythin was alright until I actually didnt wanna be part of their gossip anymore. Neither did I feel good after hengin with them. Somethin felt off. Couple mobths were i felt weird at work. As if i was the talk of hour. Luckily they quitted. But their abuse gave me ptds. In my case I'm overcoming manipulation and narcissistic abuse from enduring peer pressure from work and dealing with life in general it's hard being the one having to be strong and brave when energy vampire try to suck the life outta you and leave you empty feeling dead I was listening to these songs sometimes that help me identify evil intentions by mastering my own making my lighter side greater then my darker side for my enemies to keep trying me. I don't mess with him like that cause he's too ignorant, toxic and goofy he makes remarks of jokes that aren't all that funny just to get you to say something, so he can make a fool outta you in front of others he gotten me serveal times but he won't get me again I'm already on to his little tricks and schemes. Even though my angel protectors are telling me to watch out for uncommon attacks against I am...I know who I am and I know who I'm not...and that means I'm not toxic I'm not a liar or a manipulator I may have made mistakes but that's because I was young and stupid I had learn to control myself through discipline and tough love in order to do better knowing right from wrong in order to fix my flaws. Any time when i feel like I'm being stalked by someone I don't trust or can't stand then I'd cut all contacts permanently...cause most times I'd say see that's why I don't talk to many people cause they always gotta start bullshit problems and drama for no reason i doccument some bullying behaviors he acted on to try to set me up to get fired before i had to stop him when the time comes i'mma show my supportive group members proof on paper to expose him for lying manipulative back stabbing snake of a fraud he is someday...he messed with wrong one now I'm on to him. I'm enjoying my life not worrying about him but i'm making sure he stays outta my way and leaves me alone cause if he don't we're gonna have serious problems all over again and this time it'll be personal...so I'd say like watch your back bro cause after what you did to humiliate me i'm coming after you.
