also, a 5 year old should know how to bathe themselves. my mom used to make me sit in the bathroom while my little sister showered. I would just read or play on my phone and then when she said she was finished I would ask if she washed her privates and if she did, I would turn the water off and give her the towel. she would dry herself off and I would help her out of the tub. we are both girls and I'm 12 years older than her. even then though, I knew to give her privacy. there is something wrong with both these people.
I don't know his particular disability if he suffers one, but I do indeed get infuriated that there are folks out there collecting disability who are not disabled.

My husband recently (like 6 months ago) finally went on disability after 30 years of advanced MS. He *literally* can't dress himself, can't bathe himself, can't walk, can't see, and can't use his hands. He worked until he literally could not work any more. My husband would kill to be as able as this guy.
@@bartduynstee1577 I know someone who has 10% visual ability and they work at a call centre. People with disabilities do work and would love not to be defined by their disability nor treated less in society. Lazy people thrive on excuses, and I know way too many.

Here i am, still working full-time, living with 3 chronic illness. One of which severally limits my mobility, and the government tells me I don't qualify for any assistance. What a great system we have.
Same! I work full time and have been disabled (hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy) since birth. I too don’t qualify for disability. If I was President, every disabled person who can prove it (papers) would get enough disability to live on, and yes, each person’s case is different. I hate working myself past the bone and the pain that comes with it, but I hate even more that nobody believes that I need disability even though I was born disabled!
@@claryp1509 it's definitely not easy or fair. I would love to work part-time and spend more time going to physical therapy, but part-time won't cover my bills. So I keep pushing myself to keep going. At the end of the day we need to keep doing our best
Yeah because you're still working... If you were truly disabled, you'd be at home trying to win your case, and that's why they say you can work and won't approve you Even after you stop working there's a period of time that has to pass before they even consider you disabled as well, I believe like 8-12 months of not working

First of all , if they ain’t family they ain’t bathing my child idc what the circumstance is Second of all , he really came to court boasting about all the things he does to take care of the household , the child and the dog but somehow he’s too hurt to work , fast food at that lmao he looks like he should be repairing phones and computers . I can’t relate and neither can anyone I know , we don’t come from fucked up families , our families are built on love and morals so we have that trust enough to watch over each other’s kids . You don’t know everyone’s circumstance some people can’t be home in time to bathe their child that’s why they have aunt’s and grandparents and close family friends and older children who can do it for them , not a fucking neighbor , not a coworker , and not some random ass babysitter . As a parent you should be bathing , taking care of and being with your child more than anyone , but it sounds like in the given circumstance you’d be more comfortable giving your child to a stranger or a friend rather than family and that only speaks more on you than anyone , cause statistics or not you obviously don’t get along with or trust family or you’re the reason why family doesn’t want their kids around you .
Yes it is personal for me. And no I would not rather a stranger bathe my child. I would want to be the only one to do it. However my daughter has been dead for 15 years. I'm not sure why you're getting so angry and swearing at me, it's just my opinion backed up by some facts.
Good point. It seems like he does alot but some disabilities can lay you out for weeks and then you so stuff and then are laid out again. So I wont judge him . My ex changed the oil in my car and then I had to rush him to the ER bc he shouldnt have.
Nice. If broken , well, actually, crushed my Lumbar 3, 4, & 5 and two states denied me temp disability, which I was told, "you could STILL work." Guess what? As soon as I rehabilitated MYSELF, I got FULL time work and haven't stopped. Wow.

so JJ can determine, without ANY medical expertise, wether this guy can do this stuff and not impact on his disability? i think not. many disabilities still allow the person to do certain stuff, just not a lot of it ..............and certainly not enough to perform at a job

She has no right or medical experise to make judgement on what a person can or can't do.I do all those things excluding the bathing,however it takes me 3 times as long as it did when I had top health.This precludes you from being in a job where others are being productive and carrying the can for someone else.The old saying"You can't judge a book by its cover". This is very pertinent in this case.If she can't do a person a bad turn each day,she considers it a wasted day.

If you created content which was making ALOT of people ALOT of money around the world, you would also demand a meaty salary. She's also paying tax on that income which is going into the pot to pay people on disability. She has every right as a tax payer to be annoyed at a clearly physically able person- claiming disability funds which could be helping someone genuinely in need.
She worked for it all these years. She studied the law, took the exams and succeeded, worked as a lawyer and gained even more experience, became a TV personality since before the 80’s or something, created her TV image amd continued on this path for years so she surely worked hard for all of this and I didn’t come to her by chance.
