Stunning, both the car and your beautiful restoration. I came upon your site looking for information on wheels for this vintage Mercedes Bens 170 chassis. I’m researching making a vacuum form body and chassis for a 1 1/18 scale Schlorwagen. I came across an article on the 1939 one of a kind prototype and am interested in designing an autonomous rc car. I purchases a die cast 1950 model 170S to study the wheels and chassis. You have my admiration for your skill and dedication. Where in New York is your shop?
