She’s definitely using a filter or has not actually wiped the make up off, you see no slight discoloration from pressure of the skin being wiped and she has blush and contour that’s never moved
she took off the facial part of her makeup on that side, but she's still wearing her eye makeup, she just has really fair skin and considering the fact that she's in (i think) her mid 30s, which adults tend to have less acne (from what i've seen from my parents), she doesn't have as many facial impurities, and she might also be wearing a filter
If it helps I tried my sisters 100 dollar concealer and it feels kinda like skincare? Very light, not much coverage but no “blotting” or clumsiness. You can’t see your pores like with cheaper stuff, but I’d put a layer of something more heavy coverage over problem areas.
