The original purpose of this car was drifting, but it surprisingly works perfectly with the Hot Wheels track, offering a fun and exciting new way to play. It's fantastic!😆

Yep! Lots of cool options out there. I'm sure you could pick up a large sheet of Linoleum to slide those around on for not much money, but like you said.. the bigger ones are slightly cheaper and you can take them outside. The 1:43 scale one I just picked up was only $30 and has all the same features!

Reminds me the electric race track o got for Christmas as a kid. I got the ideal Dukes of Hazzard figure 8 that you jump across the track. It was like a 1983 version.😂

No need to rub it in like that! 🙃 I agree it's hard to justify the price point for the size of these things, but man I love a good micro RC. I have a decent-sized collection of 1/64 and 1/76 scale RCs, and the amount of tech they squeeze into these things is bonkers!

Hello 👋. I had asked for some help on which rc to choose a while back. I got the rlaarlo omni Terminator. Amazing truck, btw. I changed the pinion on it but the screw that holds it down keeps getting loose. Any suggestions, please

Awesome, glad you like it!! Upgrade video on it soon, but have you used loctite on the little set screw? I’d not, grab you some blue loctite like this and put a dab on the threads before you screw it in. Also available at hardware and automotive stores. amzn.to/3x5jUDg

@@chickenboigaffoor5519this is the channel to go to for knowledge, for sure. I just got the CF Omni Terminator, haven't opened the box yet. Look at the LAEGENDARY Thunder Truck also, 1/10 scale, slightly bigger than the Omni and faster out of the box and almost identical speeds when you put the speed pinion on the Omni. The Thunder truck is geared 17/65 stock, with a 50 amp hobbywing esc and 3300kv motor. A simple swap to a 20 tooth pinion and you're in the 62-65 mph club, upgrade that 50 amp esc and you're closer to 70, and the stock 3300 kv motor will handle 4s all day, its rated at 50k rpm, on 4s it's 48,980 rpm. I used the GoolRc 150amp ESC and best to date so far is 77.23 mph, then blew the slipper clutch apart but I almost have it back together and it will be 6s capable this time. This channel and @briansrcstuff channel are the 2 best on YT, IMHO.

Its a good tabletop rc tho I think they should lower the price (supposing they would sell alot more if so). Does it have more grippy tires or is it only the metal hard plastic drift ones?

Ya they’d probably sell more but this isn’t their first car so they may have figured out where best price for them sits. I the wheels are metal and it does not come with anything else. There’s a similar car they have that I believe comes with rubber wheels. Not designed as a drifter.
