Why are there no flowers on the property and why does it have a green house? It also doesn't have an outdoor pool. Is the windchill significant? Victoria is supposed to have a milder climate than even Vancouver and Kelowna, so is this because of an exposure to icy winds or what? Is this place much cooler than Victoria city?

I'm assuming you have interest in purchasing it with all these questions. I would suggest you contact the agency to have these questions met, since it's obvious you are or were planning on purchasing it.
