@@WarEmperorI have played with him and in some cases he does more damage than Eisenhower without his biography, I played with both, Yamaguchi is a really good naval general if you don't have the medals to buy Dönitz or Eisenhower, other than that, I can say he is the best naval general for those beginners
Yamaguchi is the best navy general. One overlooked thing in naval combat is the healing part, ships that can heal will always have the ability to live and fight another day. Yamaguchi’s ability to buff his offence and defence by 40% whilst being capable of healing 5% HP ( at 1300 HP he will heal 65 HP per attack) He can have Fleet leader too, and maybe rumour. Sure he won’t have wolf pack or sailor but sailor is not needed when ur skill literally buffs overall damage output, and outmatches depot ship. Also wolfpack might be the arguable lost here but it isn’t too huge of a deal
Best general for me : Wittman if you need to pay ( armor ) or Guderian most valuable general for tanks Yamashita OR the new Higuchi that is a silver one for infantey Konev for artillery but i've seen some new general with amazing skills in silver ranks Yamaguchi for navy with two addititional slot he get all the best skills for ships !
Для генерала авіаносця краще морська контратака ніж командир флоту. Я б дав Німіцу замість чуток або моряка вибухівку, щоб швидше знищувати форти, але Хортон теж непоганий в цьому.
@@WarEmperor Rumors from a base aircraft carrier are effective against convoys and destroyers, but not against cruisers and submarines. Although Akagi and the Enterprise are good at it.
Aircraft carriers can only counter attack vs. Destroyers at sea or anything next to one, except submarines. His counter is limited by the potential targets and ranged units.
@@VinoProduction192 do not add explosives !! it's a waste! rumour is usefull on your main tank generals until you have enough otter generals you can put rumour on, which should be artillerie generals you plain fighting and inspiration on guderian
